The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and the hotel felt organized and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was very reassuring that there was always someone available at reception whenever needed. Service throughout the stay was smooth and pleasant. Overall, a very positive experience with spacious accommodation, cleanliness, and excellent staff. I would happily stay here again. The location is a bit farther from the city center, but there is a direct tram connection that takes around 30 minutes, so getting around was still easy and convenient. My room was facing the main road, so there was some light noise from traffic and passing trams even with the windows closed, but it did not significantly affect the stay.

The hotel is pristine and very very clean…the room is immaculate, bed sheets are pressed and white and they along with the towels smell like laundry which is what assures you attention to detail. The hot water flows, the blackouts are great. Nothing at all
