Simone and his wife were exceptional hosts. They were extremely friendly and constantly reachable. They accommodated every one of our requests, including going out of their way to help us find parking for our two cars and providing special breakfasts for us when we were scheduled to leave prior to service time. The property was comfortable, spacious, and quiet, and met all of our needs. If visiting Milazzo again, we would definitely stay here!

We booked this hotel to be close to the port for our day cruise to Stromboli. The hotel was walking distance to the port. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a complete tour of the room and made sure we knew how to use everything. He spoke English very well and was knowledgeable of the local places to enjoy. He assisted us in parking the 3 cars we arrived with and served a plentiful breakfast

Simone was a very nice and caring host. Location ideal in Milazzo if you need to stay close to the harbour. All was great. Just with four adults and luggage the aparment is a bit tight.

Very Nice located, especially if you take the boat/ferry for the Eolian Islands Easy to Park for free in the street Breakfast available at any time (which is very good when the ferry is very early in the morning)

Although I was a bit grumpy after a long journey, the owner of the room was generously patient with me and immediately made me feel at home. I really enjoyed my stay. The room has everything you need, is clean, functional, quiet and even had a terrace in the inner courtyard. In my opinion, especially considering the low price, you can't ask for more and you don't need more to visit this beautiful city and its surroundings. The breakfast, as usual in Italy, doesn't offer too many options that include fibre, but that's not an objection specific to this place, of course, more of an observation.

The B&B is located in the centre of Milazzo, from where it is very close to both the port, the beach and the old town. The staff - Simone and his wife - are cordial and kindhearted. We were given a map with the biggest tourists attractions in the site. They were eager to help, e.g. we needed an adaptor for a contact, we received it immediately. The atmosphere at the B&B is family-like, remarkably friendly. We felt very comfortable there. The breakfasts is delicious - homemade cakes and fantastic coffee are waiting for guests from early morning and available all day. The B&B is very tidy - it is cleaned daily. When chatting with other guests I discovered that many of them have been returning there every year for many years. The value for money exceeded my expectations.

Nice place! The owner was very friendly and was able to arrange a late check-in for reasons of a delayed ferry. For those who need it, there are also a lot of free parking spaces across the street outside the Sigma food shop.
