Beautiful hotel, very nicely outfitted. Easily the mort comfortable room we’ve stayed in so far throughout our trip. Great shower and pillows on the bed. AC was needed and worked great! No complaints!

Perfect location near the port, wonderful restaurant that is a part of the hotel (get the steak and the rabbit salad!), nice spacious rooms and a warm welcome by Chiara. Better plugs/outlets next to the bed.

Good value, good breakfast and location. When I arrived, there was nobody to let me into the hotel. The innkeeper was nowhere to be found. I called, asking to be let in, and was told that she'd arrive in "a moment". That moment was at least half an hour, and I was stuck outside Thankfully, the bar across the street took pity on me and offered me a glass of water and their ac. The room was okay, it's evident that the hotel has seen much better days. The next morning, there was a different innkeeper who was much kinder and made a wonderful breakfast. If you're just in town for the night, the hotel is adequate.

Location near the harbour Rooms are amazing decorated Space of the room, just to sleep was ok.

The rooms are creatively designed. The breakfast area is very artsy and cozy. The host was helpful and the studios were very close to the harbour. The room has two showers. If you use both at the same time only one of the showers has hot water.

Walking distance to the harbor, fabulous, hip decor, spacious,inclusive a wonderful restaurant with professional , friendly service, AMAZING FOOD prepared by the EXCELLENT Chef Chiara( beautiful AND an exceptional chef de cuisine!). She organized a beautiful 80 birthday celebration for my husband with a scrumptious cake! So kind! There is NOTHING negative about LOCANDA!

we had a nice dinner in the restaurant and the location was great for Milazzo pier. the light avo love the shower was taped over and not working, mild was on the ceiling. we asked the owner if we could pick up a personal item left behind but no one was there when we stopped by. we tried to ask for her to send the item to us but she never responded despite multiple text messages, emails and phone calls over a few days but no response. we felt disappointed. also on arrival we were given only one key for our two rooms and had to go back down for a key a few times as the incorrect keys were given.

There was no one to provide breakfast our first morning. we could not get the light over the shower to turn on. The 5:00 a.m.glass bottle recycling truck made for an early wakeup time, but this was not the fault of the owner. One can expect this in Sicilian cities.

Loved the hotel and staff, the hotel was very nice, clean and well fitted out, we were very impressed. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and the food at their restaurant was high class. The location was perfect and we would recommend the Laconda del Bagatto to anyone staying in Milazzo, we plan to return. Nothing really and if there were any negatives they were to small to mention.

The hotel was closed when we arrived at around noon. Nobody was in and we had to wait outside. No cold water was available in the shower and there was no one to talk about it to at the counter and we had to take a hot shower on a hot summer day. Next to the bed, there was a spot that looked like a previous air conditioner/heater was installed but they did not completely cover the spot so we could open it and see how dirty it is inside.
