Breakfast was good, but we weren't told that the breakfast was served on the roof. There was nobody at the reception when we arrived. Just my name, room number, and key were on the front desk. I would have liked to be informed that the breakfast was served on the roof. On our floor, there were tables and a counter, so we assumed breakfast would be served there.

Beautiful accommodations, excellent location, stress-free check-in.

Spacious, high quality room and bath, comfortable bed. Looks like a building meant to be condos, but now renting to vacation travelers. The location, while close to the ferry, is rather industrial, with few good cafes and places to buy street food. Cannot recommend it for more than a one night sleepover if necessary when going to Lipari by ferry

The bathroom in the Mare room was awful. No shower door. Horrible experience. Room 5 bathroom had mold and dirty.

Everything— Beautiful, colorful, local culture reflected in decor, perfect location to port for island hopping, very, very clean, rooftop breakfast included, and more! Everything was perfect!

Everything! Amazing staff! So close to the ferry, no more than a 3 minute walk! Delicious breakfast buffet on the rooftop. Could not have been better! Nothing!

Staff extremely helpful

The room was very spacious and the location is right at the harbor. Modern interior and nice bathroom. Worth the money. By the pictures of my room (Room with Patio) I expected that I have my own patio, which was not the case. Furthermore, from the Google Maps listing I was expecting a 5 star hotel. Which this really isn't. Also the breakfast had only a very small selection.

Good location with nice rooftop terrace. There was bubble bath but unfortunately there was no-one to explain how to use it.

The location is very good if you expect to get a ferry or do a boat tour. The room was more like an apartment and well equipped. Access to the terrace was a nice touch. The ladies that arranged breakfast were very kind. The whole place is a bit strange, there was no one to greet us or message sent explaining the check-in process, they just left the keys over the counter. The terrace was in disarray and the hot tub didn't seem usable. Lots of stairs to reach the room, keep in mind if you have heavy luggage. It's OK for a short stay, but I probably would look for a different place next time.

Boutique style

We booked this property to be close to the bus stop for the Guintabus to Catania airport and for the port to the Aoelian islands. It was perfect for this but was also a beautiful guest house. Our room and bed were huge and we also had a jacuzzi bath with the bedroom. All the staff were very friendly and polite too. Nothing
