Great location, clean and renovated room. Lots of food within a short walking distance. Walking distanceto the BART and Caltrain station. The breakfast was acceptable.

They need to update they don’t have a pool and that if you book a queen you’re going to get a full, if you book a king you’re going to get a queen. Yes, make sure you check your beds and complain right away. They also charge a safe fee, so make sure you check out yourself and have they reimburse you. The front desk staff is the worse, the girl that checked me is a scammer, knowing she did not give us our queen room, even though she specifically said “2 queen beds” they were not. The lady that checked me out was so slow I would have rather dealt with a robot than her. EVERYTHING WAS SO SLOW. I mean SLOW not like ok there’s a technical problem slow it’s like she’s pretending on doing something and isn’t doing anything slow. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but it was so bad and I don’t want anyone else to get scammed.

Location, design, comfy mattress, big bathtub, fridge and coffee maker. Quiet location, yet very convenient to SFO.

Cleaning staff was friendly We were on our honeymoon and thought that the amenities advertised such as a pool and hot tub would be there and disappointed that there were pictures of this but no hot tub and pool were included. Very cheap snacks such as cup of noodles were increadibly over priced. Also television did not have any options for signing into platforms like Hulu or Netflix. Price did not match services offered

location was nice bed was nice pillows good I piad for reversation at booking.com online the hotel charge me additional 100 dollars security deposit which made no since other genius hotel partners don't do this you pay online or at property when check not one ask for room security deposit the TV in living room said no singal luckily bedroom TV work ask said would look into looking living room TV never did The mian hing was room security deposit of 100 dollars after already piad reversation online at booking. com

My deposit was 311.00 for a two night stay lol granted I added on another night but that's still too much and you need to watch your accounts with them because you will see so many things taken out with them so ask for a hard copy of the receipt. Overall I was not super impressed the toilets seem highly sensitive and don't flush well. The location is very nice but they should offer free breakfast or a shuttle to be more competitive. I'll stay at other hotels
