I had a very pleasant stay at The Dylan Hotel at SFO. The location is very convenient if you need to stay close to San Francisco Airport, and getting there from the airport is easy. Free parking for hotel guests is also a big advantage, and I had no problems finding a space. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the room had everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated practical amenities such as a kettle and an iron. I also liked the typical American motel-style layout, with the rooms accessed from the outdoor walkway. For a European traveller, it feels a little like staying in one of the hotels you know from American movies, which made the experience quite fun and different. Overall, it is a nice, small boutique-style hotel and a very good option for a short stay near the airport. The main downside for me was the limited amount of natural light in the room. Because the only window faces the outdoor walkway, the room can feel quite dark during the day. There are enough lamps inside, so this was not a major problem for a short stay, especially if you are only staying between flights. However, if I were planning to stay for a week or longer, I would probably prefer a room with more natural daylight.

I like that the door are locked when we came back late. the extra secuity was great. We took the train to a gaints game. It made it so easy. We also loved the coffee machine.

The room was large, the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Parking was free and plentiful. I was traveling with 2 dogs and there was really nowhere to walk them to do their "business". Just a lot of concrete and asphalt. At night the area was a bit sketchy, given is proximity to the Milbrae train station. As a woman, out walking her dogs in the dark, it was a bit scary. Having a dedicated, grassy area for the dogs would boost my rating.

Older property nicely maintained, quiet, and located near SFO Airport. Just a short walk to access BART, good food options, and to get about.

We couldn’t check in until 1:30 AM and the person at the desk was just so kind. I have stayed here multiple times and I love it. The proximity to the airport makes it perfect in my opinion!

Overall it was a good stay. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a bit dated and bare but good for a night.

I booked the hotel based on the description provided. Free complimentary breakfast starting at 4am and shuttle service available. After check in I was told that since Covid they don’t offer complimentary breakfast and it stated shuttle service available but that it was not complimentary. I found the listing of their services to be misleading and I was very disappointed.

Bed No refrigerators

The location was perfect, walking distance to BART, CalTrain, restaurants & EV charging. Free self-parking. We upgraded to a room with balcony, microwave and fridge for a 3-day stay, comfortable space and cleaned daily. There's no pool, no workout room. But we'll stay again for the convenient and safe location.

Close to Doctors office

Clean rooms, nicely decorated, good parking.

I always stay here. Everything is so convenient. And the parking is free!

Great stay for a 4 day trip where we took the train (station one block away) to SF each day.
