My daughter and I loved the pool and the vine and grill was delicious. The room was more than adequate and the tv supported all our favorite streaming services. I can’t think of anything.

Noisy. Hotel tired looking. Terrible sleep. Unseasonable parking charges for 7 hr stay.

It was nice and contemporary. The downside was that there was a party happening in the pool area (food included), that crowded seating areas and with big kids hanging in the hot tub which was not expected at hotel, let alone Westin! Bathroom item just 1 little body lotion. And the biggest inconvenience is parking. Went around 15 mins just to find parking which we have never experienced at a hotel we paid to stay in. We won’t be returning due to this.

Because of a flight cancellation I had to book a place to stay, it was very late at night, I booked a room with Booking.com but when I got to the hotel they couldn't find the booking on their system. They suggested I pay the hotel direct, I was desperate. The next day I saw that the first booking was there and paid for through Booking.com so I paid twice. I am trying to claim back the money I paid direct to the Hotel. It has been a nightmare.

Very friendly staff. Inviting when I walked into the lobby. I wish I had more time to enjoy the dining room and amenities.

Nice property but older. However, consistent with Westin excellence. Did not do daily room cleaning. We asked for it to be done twice, and it was done neither time. Disappointing. Despite this, staff were generally helpful and friendly, especially the housekeeping staff. Wonder if our messages to front desk about room cleaning never got to them

Very nice location. Loved my room with the bay view. But disappointed with the bathroom because it was not very clean and also no soap in the dispenser for the body wash and someone was supposed to bring it to my room but unfortunately no one came by . Also the iron in the room was very old and not working. Paying 50$ for parking is ridiculous in my opinion. Also they offered 2 complementary glasses of wine when we don’t drink alcohol and plus I had my 11 year old daughter with me and upon asking the person who checked us in if we could get something instead she just apologized and said there’s nothing she can do.

Best view - seeing flights take off. Also the rooms were huge and clean No breakfast

I was only there five hours. It was a convenient hotel to the airport and an easy Uber. Can’t really rate it well because I went straight to the room in five hours later I left.

We love staying at the Westin SFO after returning from long international trips. We live several hours from SFO, so after 15-30 hours of flying/layover time, we're not ready to make the long drive home. The Westin SFO has the amazing Heavenly Bed and we wake refreshed. The Starbucks in the lobby lets us grab a coffee for the long drive home.

It had Starbucks in lobby. Close to the airport but far enough away you’re not in traffic. Hidden fees they charge to your credit card workout informing you- $28 destination fee! $50 to park but their parking lot is always full and you have to park far away.
