Staff are very friendly and helpful, free parking is plus, will be back if have a chance

Another major issue was the lack of window screens. We specifically booked a bay-facing room so we could sleep with the windows open and enjoy the fresh air, but opening the windows allowed mosquitoes into the room, forcing us to keep them closed. Would not stay here again!

Hotel was pretty isolated. Wish there was a sundries store in the hotel or walking distance nearby

The hotel decor (furniture, carpet, rugs, pictures) was traditional and outdated in appearance, not shabby, but needs a serious refresh. The lighting was dim. The plants were either fake or half dead. It was a good value and budget friendly for tourists and was very close to the airport. Not a place to with great ambience or lounging but good outdoor patio NS walking path and great views of the bay and airport runways.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast was awesome.

Fantastic location (with an amazing Lake view). The breakfast in this hotel is next level. The staff are super helpful and the rooms are extremely clean and tidy. My family loved it and we will always stay here when visiting San Francisco.

Close to the airport with free shuttle

Stay was good. Hotel shares shuttle bus to Airport terminal on fixed schedule - drop off at terminal was good, but do not expect pickup from terminal.

Front desk staff was amazing. Extremely helpful. We left at 3am to catch our flight and the front desk had hot coffee ready for us and helped us load our stuff . A 10!

Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

We had a bayview room and it was fun watching the planes land at SFO. The free breakfast was very good and extensive. There was a shuttle to the BART, but we didn't use it, as we rented a car. Would stay there again.

Room was clean and overlooked the bay and the runways for SFO. I am a big aircraft buff and loved watching the planes take off and land!

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful, I arrived very early and was able to store my luggage and visit some nearby areas before check in
