Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport

Staff were extremely helpful and nice. Hotel was clean and conveniently located for a morning flight out of SFO. Great breakfast omelette, cappuccino and croissant.

Clean room

We stayed one night at the Hyatt as we needed a hotel near the SF airport for an early flight the next day. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the service was excellent. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable .We needed extra towels for our kids, which were sent to our room within minutes. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the airport, which is very convenient.

Staff are exceptional, extremely kind and helpful. We really appreciated how helpful and friendly everyone was, it definitely made the stay that much better.

As many patrons are arriving or leaving at odd hours, this kind of noise is unacceptable outside of normal working hours. When we reported this issue to the front desk at check-out, they were flabbergasted! Also, the breakfast buffet at the hotel was $39/person---we ate at the airport.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were generally friendly. However, there was only one set of towels in the room despite multiple guests on the reservation, which was inconvenient. Another downside was the expensive parking fee. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but clearer communication regarding the Swing Suite and better attention to room preparation would have improved our experience.

The hotel room was very clean and the staff were really helpful with everything.Also, it’s in such a great location and the shuttle was on time with the schedule to and from the airport.

Wonderful heated pool and hot tub. Large property with lots of food and stores within 2 miles.

Great 👍 only issue was the parking, expensive and cards didn’t work to get out at all even after getting new ones, but besides that it was great
