Additionally, i didnt get her name, but hopefully they can address her ,but at 1235 PM the front desk agent was extremely rude after I asked one
-
Staff was very polite and helpful.

Very old, noisy hotel. Use the earplugs provided. Otherwise ok for one night. Bed was comfortable.

We only stayed for a few hours before catching an early flight from SFO, so it was not much of an issue. The curtains did not close and we're falling off the rod because they were torn. The staff was extremely polite and helpful.

rom 7 PM until 11 AM the next morning when I checked out. During this entire time, the hotel staff offered no assistance—not even a polite check-in, an extra blanket, or a candle. Our room had no lights, no AC, no hot water, and we could not take a shower. We paid $170 to stay in a cold, dark room with a young child. Even after I explained that my child was cold, they did not provide an extra blanket or any other assistance. I understand the power outage was beyond their control, but the hotel should still have shown basic care and concern for its guests. Unfortunately, we received no help or courtesy from the staff. The only positive thing I can say is that the location is good; the service and staff’s attitude were extremely disappointing

The front desk staff was wonderful, telling me where I should go eat, when asked if there was anything good around. She provided me a list and told me the one she likes to go. The property is dated, the shower pressure was not very good, and it did not get as cool in the room as i wanted. But, this was one of the cheapest places you could get in the area. It was loud outside at one point in the evening, with someone yelling, but the room came with ear plugs. Traffic was not bad in this area and there were plenty of places you could get what you need.

Bathroom fan ran all night and no way to turn off

Room was very clean. Iron/ironing table, blow dryer, microwave, and minifridge were nice amenities. Variety of fresh and frozen food and beverages available for purchase in lobby. The staff was very helpful with inquiries about public transportation. Large parking lot for guests with vehicles. Airport shuttle pick-up and return schedule ran on time. San Francisco Bay views from my room and walking trail along bay 20 yards from hotel. Would stay here again. The room rate was a steal for the quality of this airport hotel.

The power was out for the entire night. The hotel claimed it was a power company issue, but other hotels had power in the area. When checking in the hotel stated the power outage wasn’t their fault and didn’t provide the option of a refund.
-
Clean room great view of the plane’s landing is kinda loud but they do provide earplugs
-
The room was rented for a visiting family member, and was chosen for the location. It was convenient and the location right by the San Francisco Bay was pleasant. Staff at check-in was grumpy at our late check-in. No breakfast available, although there was a space for that by reception. so mornings were a bit rushed since there was no food other than expensive snacks.
-
Easy-access location with plentiful parking. Although the facilities are a bit older, everything seemed well-maintained. Despite being close to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet! In addition to not hearing road or aircraft noise, the room had central HVAC, so there was no noisy under-window unit. There's also a great rec trail behind the hotel that's perfect for a run / walk along the bayshore while watching the SFO air traffic.

Room had bed bugs. When I called and reported it they basically said they will get to it. Tried to cancel and get a refund they wouldn’t budge. Ended up leaving and staying at a different place but had to pay full price. Beware. Not even great for a quick layover and trying to stay close. Pictures are deceiving.

Clean and new

One of my parties arrived two hours of less before official check in time and was charged $25 even though the room was ready. That’s just not fair. That’s the second time that has occured at this location. We didn’t ask for extra assistance or anything, just an early check- in after a long drive. Might not stay here again!
-
Location is good. Runned down place. Room stinked old. Bathroom vent was on all the time. Loud noise. No option to turn off. We had to leave the door opened to get fresh air, hoping some bad smell will minimize.
-
Bay views nice, super convenient location for quick SFO access, and very very affordable
-
Unfortunately when I arrived there was no one at the front desk and the front door was locked. I sat outside for almost a half hour which is super uncomfortable when you're traveling solo. The woman at the front desk was very nice once she came. I didn't love that the doors were exposed to the outside. The room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. Felt more like a motel than a hotel. For the price I paid it was decent. Probably won't stay here again though

Great location near the airport that’s why I love best about it
-
Absolutely not worth the price. There were literally urine stains on the bathroom floor! The late night staff on the reception was quick to change the room, however, the condition was "Only 1 more room is available, we're fully booked for the night". Meaning, if that is bad too, we cannot help. So? Isn't cleanliness hotel's responsibility?? I don't expect 5 star hotel treatment at $150 a night hotel just outside SFO airport. But I don't expect cleanliness standards like some noname motel as well.
