Embassy Suites by Hilton Milpitas Silicon Valley

The breakfast is Great and the evening reception is nice. Not all channels on the TV worked, we were missing trash cans and the tub was peeling. The shower head had very low water pressure. The rooms have great square footage, and the staff at the hotel were great!! Not many hotels have indoor pools, but this hotel has a nice one.

Room not clean even requested housekeeper, customer service is so terrible, waiting so long to check in.

The room was spacious but not well maintained at all. The couch was so uncomfortable to sit on that it would have been better to sit on the floor… if the floor wasn’t covered in streaks and chunks of mud. We had to ask for housekeeping to come- at least to empty the trash, etc. When they did they sort of made the beds and took the dirty towels. They did not replace the dirty towels either clean ones-nor did they reload the toilet paper. We had to call the front desk repeatedly for every little thing… “can we get some hand towels? Ours were taken”. “Can we get some toilet paper? After several days here we are all out and didn’t get any more.” “Can we get a refill on tissues, we were given three….” The lobby and breakfast were lovely- unfortunately once that room key was in our hands the disappointments began and were abundant!

Staff was very friendly. Room was very spacious and clean. The amenities in the lobby were a nice surprise and the complimentary drinks were the cherry on top.

Needs some updates on the rooms like the sofas

The room configuration was optimal. The breakfast was very good. Two free drinks happy hour was nice. Bed was comfy. Two TVs were great. Very well maintained property. Pricey because World Cup was in town. Parking fee was high.

excellent stay and experience. the bar downstairs in the lobby had amazing service. they were very busy during happy hour and the two servers were still smiling and super helpful. at different times of day it did get a little to warm but the front desk was able to bring us a fan to our room. the rooms were were clean and well kept.. was able to use the gym during our stay it was wonderful

We always love to stay at embassy suites. The breakfast is unmatched. We used the laundry facility which was key as this was near the end of our trip.
