Location is great. After dropping my phone behind the bed, I found BLACK mold on the wall where my head rested.

breakfast was ok room nice bed nice We are believers in GOD we prayed before we left our room only to hear and see some seance or chanting with candles. We see 7 people in a circle sitting and praying another language. I did tell the front office that this should not be allowed in a space we paid for and no one could do anyhting. Blew my mind. This should not be allowed

Was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful and polite. The knob on the shower valve fell off. Alan screw needed tightening. Just put it back on and was careful. Looked like the tub possibly had been painted? The couch was worn.

Our family loves Embassy Suites and we had to come for our daughter's 6th birthday. Nice size room, clean bathroom (we still wiped it down) , sheets were clean both bed and pull out bed. Few stains on pillowcases. Breakfast was great. Daily reception was fine. Swimming pool was pretty warm. Wish there was a hot tub. Close to everything really great location!

Apparently a manager checked me in. At check in I told her 2 important things for me that I needed for my stay. 1) I needed to pay cash to what she said, I could do that at check out to just come up to them at check out and tell them I wished to pay cash. So I did.. as I checked out I let them know I wanted to pay cash, the answer was (Apparently by another manager) that the facility was cashless!! I was surprised because the person that checked me in failed to tell me this very important informarion even after me telling her I want to pay cash. Number 2) I asked for a crib for my 9 month old baby, (this was a main reason I chose this place as it said those we available. ) the same person that checked me in said "ok we will bring it up" but about 10mins later she calls me to say " sorry we are out of cribs" .. Anyways the one night fee was no cheap and I found these 2 very important things to me very frustrating. We had breakfast in the morning before check out and was good, and stay was fine besides these very important 2 things for me. I did get the parking fee waived for the inconvenience.. a fee the check in person also failed to tell me about when I checked in.

Beautiful clean The pool was way too loud and I almost passed out from the fumes need ventilation for sure. Also, why isn’t there adult only time where we can relax without 20 screaming kids. Or have separate pool area for adults

The breakfast and Happy hour is great. Kids had fun at the indoor pool!

Bathrooms were kinda small for a suite and we didn’t have enough towels the faucet was leaking in the bathroom and we had spiders and small ants in our room. And balcony shouldn’t be advertised as a balcony if it’s less than a foot over hang. In my opinion. The last thing that was sort of an issue was chanting by other guests in the middle of the hotel at 7 am on a Saturday morning. I’m not against religion however it’s the consideration of other guests in the hotel who would like to sleep in a little bit on vacation. Don’t think we would be staying here again.

The shower however, no water pressure. A proper shower with great pressure can change a hotel stay from meh to amazing!

The pool looked dirty
