Depressing to certain extend

The room smelled - I have a bad leg and asked for a downstairs and they said they were full . But the parking lot didn’t have any cars . Weird

Clean room

There was some strange scent in the room so we had to open window for at least one day to reduce it. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was remodeled. Sofa has stains. TV automatically turned on at 3:25 AM and I thought it was one time thing so just got up to turn it off. But it turned on at the same time and made noise the second night again. There were also at least three trains passing by outside of the bathroom window for the first night and I didn’t hear trains the second night. Breakfast was very basic, just white and wheat bread, some cupcake, milk, juice and yogurt. There were not many cuisines options in the area so we went to San Jose for dinner. Parking was a little tight but can still find a spot. Overall the stay was okay except the TV noise was really annoying.

There was a roach in the bathroom and the windows was broken and open. The staff was rude. There was a surprise $100 deposit upon arrival that was not disclosed with the booking. Breakfast was very poor. Very disappointed.

Dirty room, terrible staff and rude

location

I liked the location as it is close to restaurants, the mall, and the freeway. Even though the hotel was relatively clean, there was a piece of furniture there that was extremely stained. I had to request an additional blanket so I sit on the furniture.

Great place to stay and clean

Great location. Comfortable bed. Room smelled fresh & clean when we checked in. AC worked great and having a microwave was convenient.

I thought the room was a good size for two adults and the bed was clean.

Staff was super friendly, rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable! Great place to stay for the price, will definitely come back and stay here if I'm ever in the area again! Thank you so much to the kind gentleman who worked the front desk, very nice and helpful.
