Great

Cons: Kind of dark and not very updated. The guests were also a bit loud and no one watched their children at the pool.

The room itself was spacious which is nice when traveling. But it could have been a little cleaner. There were spots/gunk on the walls which was a little off-putting. But the beds and pillows were comfortable and the shower was hot. We did use the pool and hot tub which were in good condition, and there were towels by the pool to use. I was hoping to use the workout room, but it felt cramped. And the weights started at 25 or 30 pounds and increased from there. If there had been lighter weights, say a 5 lb, an 8lb, a 10 lb and a 12 lb, I would have used the room. We looked at the breakfast set-up and grabbed a quick cheese omelet to go in the morning. It looked well-stocked with cereals, waffles, omelets, potatoes, sausage, and juices.

The pool was not working

Room was clean, breakfast was good which the ladies were constantly cleaning amd refilling anything empty, pool and hot tub was clean. My only downfall was that there were 4 of us in a 2 queen beds and only 2 sets of towels and the one staff didnt wanna give us more but if you have 4 ppl and 2 beds I think more towels would be instant. Other than that we loved our stay.

Beds were great and comfortable. Hallway and pool was gross.

The staff was pretty helpful they explained everything when checking into the hotel. They also have signs up so you can know what and what not to do also the times are on the signs for when things open and close. Over all my stay went pretty smooth 😊

The pool the hot tub in the food

Staff was amazing. However, the hotel itself was another story. Poorly maintained and extremely dirty. ALL of the carpeting throughout the hotel was filthy. Also, no smoking rules and regulations were not reinforced, absolutely stunk like marijuana.

The hot tub was out -staff didn’t let us know prior to check in. Plug ins didn’t work properly throughout the room. The light in the bathroom was a strobe light versus a heat/fan. I had a reservation for 2 night only stayed one abnd didn’t get my money back from neither the hotel or expedia as they both blamed each other.

The stay was ok. Some construction but it was an ok hotel

The staff was very understanding and willing to accommadate to the best of their nature The room smelled like smoke and a few more towels would have been nice

The breakfast taste good, the location is convenient. There’s a lot of dirt spots everywhere in plain site. On the toilet, on the sheets, even on the pull out bed there’s visible stains. The tv did not work. I messaged the front desk around 10pm, no reply all night. Lastly, although there’s 2 extra locks on the door, neither of them worked!!! I was very uncomfortable, did not feel safe.

The pool I didn’t like that you could smell weed and cigarettes inside the building

I liked the pool and the quiet comfort of the room was amazing.
