The room itself was clean and updated. The staff was not very friendly. The breakfast was very nice with many options. The exercise equipment was ok. Of the three treadmills there: one was labeled not working, one was not working but was not labeled, and one did work.

I was very disappointed with how an issue during my stay was handled. The refrigerator in my room was not cooling properly, which caused my food to spoil. I reported the issue to the front desk after discovering that the refrigerator was not cold, but nothing was done about it during my stay.At checkout, I brought the issue up again and explained that I had already reported it. I asked if someone could check the refrigerator and provide some type of resolution. Instead, the front desk representative told me there was nothing she could do and that she could not go to the room to check the refrigerator. I was then told to contact Expedia because I had booked through them.Since Expedia requested documentation, I asked the hotel for a simple written confirmation that I had reported the refrigerator issue during my stay and that it had not been resolved. The hotel refused to provide anything and again directed me to Expedia.What was most disappointing was the lack of willingness to help or even acknowledge the issue. The front desk representative was also very rude and unprofessional in the way she handled my concerns. I understand that the booking was made through Expedia, but that should not prevent the hotel from addressing a problem with its own room or providing basic documentation of a complaint that was reported to them.I expected much better customer service and accountability.

I've stayed here previously a few times without any issues at all. However, this time there were a couple of things that came up. When we arrived for check in, the computers were all down, so initially there was an issue with paying for our room. Then when we arrived at the room, the AC/heating unit was making very loud noises, so we had to be moved to a different room. The person trying to run the front desk (without computers) was clearly trying her hardest, but our initial arrival at the hotel was not very smo

My room was great! Fresh linens, quality towels and toiletries. I feel the room I was in was recently remodeled. They leave a bit to be desired as far as snacks and beverages for purchase. You have to go to the gas station or McDonalds next door for any provisions if you don't have a vehicle.

Normal hotel so all was fine there. Shuttle picked us up 40 minutes after they were supposed to the night before. When we arrived at the hotel we confirmed our time for the shuttle in the morning and when we got to the lobby the driver was apparently missing. The front desk lady had to drive us, which was great, but very poor management all around. Will not stay again

Everything was clean. The staff was sweet. The swimming pool was fun. Kids had a great time and also loved the workout room. There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property

Space was clean and decently full of amenities, bed okay, rooms directly by the lounge can be loud.

The property is dated. The room was clean but had a horrible odor from either old carpet or smoking in the room over the years. This is my 2nd stay here in the last year and will probably be my last as there is nice, clean and very fresh smelling Home2 Suites about 1 mile away.

The breakfast was good, nothing worth complaining about. For how much we paid for our room, it was very run down. Can't open the blind because it didn't work, carpet ripped up in areas, the shower was disgusting.

The most comfortable bed. Great night sleep. Mattress was excellent. Leo at the desk was really nice and helpful.

From the outside, I was skeptical. But our room was very clean and I liked the "closet". Saved room inside to make the living space larger. The breakfast was more than expected. All-in-all, the experience was very good.

This property does not live up to the expectations of a Hampton Inn! Old and dingy.
