Room was clean and it was as expected. Close enough to where we wanted to go. Representative was unreliable and did not provide us with any directions nor instructions. Handed us the room keys and that's it. I had to gouge answers out of him and we were so disturbed by him we left a day early. He was dismissive and unaccommodating whatsoever.

Great property staff not very helpful with transport to and from hotel. Was initially given a shuttle only 45 min before flight and return transportation was a mess as we arrived late are were not made aware we needed to uber until after we arrived.

Bathroom could have been cleaner, found long pieces of hair on the floor. The room was arranged strangely. Hard to get around. Bed was not very comfortable. It would be nice to at least get a free cup of coffee in the lobby in the morning.

The room was large. Abby at the Bistro (& the lady who checked us is ) Another poorly managed Milwaukee Airport Hotel. Pity our BnB had to stop. Still in the search for one decent place after 4 hotels.

We stayed in room 205, there were long hairs on in the bath tub and bathroom floor, the carpet was dirty and the bed was uncomfortable. They charged us $166 deposit for two nights (no big deal), but when we checked out at 4am they charged us another $100 for reasons unknown.

Only a mini fridge (that only runs 2 hours at a time-which is ok)-no microwave. Breakfast is iffy…depends on who is working that day. Several food and coffee establishments within a 10 minute walk.

Staff very friendly and hard working. Had tech issues but were accommodating and solved issues quickly.

Los empleados no explican las cosas me cobraron dinero de más y les pregunté por qué g no me dijeron nada solo me dieron la tarjeta aparte fueron dos habitaciones y solo una estaba lista, cuando la otra estuvo lista según lista porq estaba sucio el baño no tenía toalla y había basura

Love the friendliness of the staff Housekeeping did not do a good job.
