Beautiful, spacious hotel with walkable access to all of Milwaukee
-
Every person we were with, had a problem with access codes. That became really annoying.
-
Great hotel. I will definitely stay here again.
-
Such a pleasure to stay here! It is so well decorated and inviting--there is a full kitchen, sitting area, and community space on each floor. And the rooms were cozy, comfortable, and pretty well soundproofed. Highly recommend!
-
Such an amazing property! Parking safe, rooms beautifully decorated, clean, and comfy beds!
-
The decor is unique, with earthy, pleasing colors and high ceilings. The second floor kitchen is accessible to all and is first class. We walked to the park by the lake and it was beautiful. There are restaurants and bars around.
-
Checking in without a front desk had some extra hurdles but otherwise the property was incredible! Spacious, clean, and had plenty of amenities. Will book again the next time I'm in town.

The hotel is a gem. Very clean and spacious rooms. The luxury of having a kitchen and community space on each floor was wonderful especially traveling with teens

Great place, first impression I wasn’t sure if I was in the right place since it was booked for me. Beautiful building, built in the 1800s. Rooms are amazing. Since it is in downtown Milwaukee, it does get a little loud but it’s to be expected. We’ll definitely stay here again.
-
Great location to the Third District. Felt very safe. Had a little issue with our code working the elevator, but it was corrected. Parking was a little confusing at first, but was in a great location and felt very secured. We had a great time and will be back; wouldn't hesitate to stay again. The only other thing it would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room, since you are so close to the public market.

Exceptional
-
The brewery down the street keep the room shaking with noise til nearly 2 Am.

The common area was great. Good location

The location is excellent—it’s within walking distance of downtown, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and attractions nearby, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel doesn’t have a front desk or receptionist, but you can contact the staff by phone or text if you need assistance. The self-check-in process was simple and convenient. I completed everything online by submitting my ID, and they sent me passcodes to access the front entrance, elevator, and my room. The only downside was that it was sometimes difficult to reach someone by phone, as calls weren’t answered right away. However, they were very responsive through text messages, so I recommend messaging them if you need help. Overall, I had a great experience. The clean, spacious accommodations, unique setup, and fantastic location made it a place I would gladly stay at again.

This hotel is the cutest! The staff was welcoming and friendly. It's in the heart of anything you need. We stayed for Summerfest and it was perfection. Highly recommend.
-
Cool concept with the shared kitchen and amenities on different floors. Beautiful rooms. Location is a bit loud. Not just common street noise but also loud music until 1:30am from a nearby rooftop bar. Hopefully there are no DJs during the week?
-
Such an awesome plan with the the communal areas, why aren’t all hotels like this?!
-
Great location, friendly staff however the hotel concept is different and staff is sparse, nice room with nice amenities.

Loved our stay! And want to go back!

I've travelled extensively over my 45 yr career & this is one of my top three favorite accommodations. Kinn Broadway has everything you want in a hotel and it's first class. Location, easy parking, secure, fabulous on site restaurant, well furnished and designed guest rooms, and I was pleasantly surprised by an extraordinary common area on every floor. There is a well-appointed kitchen, living area and conference room that is shared by guests. The thoughtfulness, care, and quality that was deployed in the design and build of this property is outstanding. The staff and management are consummate professionals and wonderful hosts. The Ritz and Four Seasons has a new & formidable competitor!
