Staff was helpful from beginning to end and the hotel is clean and located well for easy walking to restaurants and entertainment.

Front desk staff very welcoming, Lobby and reception area nice, but hotel itself is in need of an update from outside exterior to our rooms. Room was clean but Our room had Older worn gold carpet and outdated decor. Bathroom amenities were minimal. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was average but limited- coffee very good. Restaurant attached was good - their Wisconsin old fashioneds were very good. We did not use valet parking, instead used spot hero which was just a block down the street and we paid half the price. Convenient location close to Milwaukee Market , Museum and Summerfest

Great location, clean rooms, decent amount of plugs, friendly staff, comfortable beds, great water pressure. Valet took a long time and there was often no valet staff present in the evenings. But they were very nice.

Friendly staff, great location, big rooms they had an issue with my booking reservation, did not showed up in their system, I was about to move to another hotel due to no answer, but they was abler to found it and fix it, first time it happened to me, I was there for about 20 min, but after that all good!

The room was clean . The staff were polite, helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our family needs as we were to attend summer fest and how to get to the BMO pavilion
