Fantastic hotel. Better than I expected. Truly luxurious historic hotel, walkable to everything, and street parking was a beeeze. Wish list items would be a hot tub or a tub in the room (I'm not a shower person)!and less weird French onion soup (the lobby cafe was pretty mediocre ) but these are very minor things. Lovely staff, clean room. Beds were firm and functional (never understood why hotels don't use foam toppers), didn't quite understand the difference in room types. We will return!!!

Beautiful building. Great location. Champagne on arrival. On-site café for breakfast and coffee to go. Rooms were.huge, clean and comfortable. We stayed in historical wing. There was nothing to complain about.

Classic, historical property. Walking distance to many restaurants and the 3rd Ward. I appreciated the effort the Valet team put forward. Thank you!! Everything was perfect.

We asked for a cot; and they brought us a twin mattress on wheels —thick and comfortable —with sheets and pillows already; so unexpected but amazing.

The staff are always great. Polite, professional and well spoken. A pleasure to be around. We love the ambiance of the hotel. The only downside was the emptiness of the fifth floor . We were on the fifth floor of king suites. The whole floor looked sort of unfinished. No decorations, no paintings on the walls Making the whole floor looking barren. I'm hoping it is an unfinished renovation.
