Extremely overpriced for what you get, there’s no reason for this hotel to be charging the prices of a 5 star stay when the room itself is the same as any Hilton you could stay at. Room service has a 4 dollar delivery fee and comes anywhere between room temp and cold, and the front desk answers 1 in 5 calls. The property itself is well taken care of and clean, just overpriced.

The room we booked (king bed) was very spacious and beautifully decorated in an Art Deco style that matched the hallways and overall hotel decor. We were impressed and will be back next time we are in Milwaukee.

Everything was great but there were no dark curtains to close so it kind of sucked that we went to bed after midnight but got woken up by the sunrise. So I was exhausted the next day.

Lovely stay. Wonderful staff. Valet & check-in receptionist were great upon arrival at rush hour. Restaurant staff was also pleasant. Beautiful lobby and building. Location is key. Highly recommended to stay here!

Very spacious and clean rooms. The King sized bed was spacious and comfortable. Excellent location near the heart of the city and close to many tasty restaurants.

Staff was amazing - friendly, communicative, and kind! The Valet drivers were extremely nice and welcoming. Room was nice, except the mold that was on the ceiling. Great location within minutes of dining, shopping, and entertainment.

The hotel was only a 1 mile walk from Summerfest, which was wonderful. We were allowed to check in 3 hours early, making our day even smoother. Valet was quick and simple. The staff was kind and the accommodations were impressive. Will return here for sure.

The room was updated very nice and comfortable. Beer bottle at the entrance never got cleaned up. A brown bag at 3 floor foyer on top of counter left fir more than 20 hour someone left their trash. food odor bad.

We stayed for a night and woke up with itchy bug bites and after checking our room and luggage found there were bed bugs. When I spoke with the desk agent she told me I would receive a refund for my stay however a week later I have yet to receive one
