Good place for us as it was very convenient to the soccer field! Across the street!! Great room, clean and spacious. Coffee maker in the room is worthless, it couldn’t even make Seattle’s Best Coffee taste slightly good. Casino could use much better signage! Had no idea how to order at the Potawatomi Market. Had to ask one of the cooks at the restaurant! The Kiosk had NOTHING indicating “Order Here”. Such a simple fix!! But overall it’s a great place to stay. I would recommend it and would go back.

Stayed at the hotel while attending some Milwaukee Brewers games. 100% would stay again. Great rooms that are spacious and fantastic A/C. Very close to stadium with a shuttle available for use

Excellent stay
-
Hotel was clean, a variety of food to eat, and the casino as entertainment. They also offer a shuttle to the baseball stadium if you bet or buy a drink. Well worth it so you don't have to drive and you can have a couple of drinks at the stadium :)

be wary of the $20 dining credit. When we checked in, we asked the desk staff how we could use that credit. Was there a voucher or something? We were told if we ate at the cafe or dining areas that we should just charge the food to our room. They know we have the $20 food credit from expedia. The fine print on expedia says $20 for the stay twords food or drinks (non alchoholic) Keep in mind they have free soda on the gaming floors. So we decided to eat breakfast at the cafe before we checked out. We were not told that the voucher is not usable on checkout day (that is not listed anywhere in the fine print, it says $20/stay), and so we were denied out credit and we were billed. Also this place does ask for your credit card at the desk and will charge you $50 deposit which we have not yet been refunded and are continually asking about.

Great room

Plenty to do and cozy

My bigger complaint was the limited time for check-in. Our flight was delayed and they said they were not going to hold our reservation or allow us late check-in. Even though we had our payment in place.

The casino had an awful stench to it, it hurt the sinuses, and smelled horrible. We were saying to each other if the room smells like this we are not staying. After checking in and finding out valet was free for guests, we had them park our vehicle and proceeded to our room not knowing what to expect. The room was clean, well presented and didn't smell bad. So we decided to give it a try. By the next morning the bad smell had dissapated a bit, could still smell it, but wasn't as painful to breathe. Still don't know what that smell was The food is grossly over priced, so we ate elsewhere. The casino didn't seem very exciting either, people seemed like they were not enjoying themselves, (maybe because they were losing so much money?), overall, without the smelly cabin, the experience was good.

Very sound proof and comfortable rooms. Enjoyed the 2 free water bottles.
