The staff were very friendly and happy to help. The Bedrooms where suitable and comfortable, and the extra little teas, sweet treats and good-quality ground coffee with a coffee press was a lovely bonus! Maybe an extra option for a vegetarian/Vegan breakfast would have been lovely, but overall the breakfast was great regardless.

Great location, had a sea view. Just across the road from Parkrun and the start of the SW coastal walk. Excellent choice for breakfast - full English was excellent

Beautiful room, Beautiful views Friendly staff Dog friendly Not really a dislike, just more of a needs a slight tweaking ! .....breakfast was a smidge undercooked ....tomatoes, mushrooms , sausages.

Location, very good choice of breakfasts. Pity they couldn't open kitchen for lunch or evening meal. Lovely deep bath and lots of hot water. Like the recycling bins in the rooms. Nothing really. Housekeeping could be aware of defects in the rooms, ie, badly leaking shower hose.

The stay was very good the Room very nice sea view lovely breakfast staff very well informed and helpful i also liked that the hotel was part of YMCA charity helping young people all in all very good will return Nothing to dislike

The staff and location. Plus the breakfast. The room wasn't set out as good as the room last week. When trying to have a shower the water was leaking through the tap too.

Good location and friendly, helpful staff bathroom needs modernising as clearly it is hard to clean. No fan in the room and none to borrow, it was way too hot. A young man tried to find one but couldn’t

Loved the location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was 10 out of 10. The curtains did not draw properly. And having a shower was tricky trying to get the water right. Need less wattage in bed side lights
