The spa is great. The hotel is OK.. I wouldn’t really consider it “Luxury” but the front desk staff were great. The rooms are spacious the food was not so great.

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable beds nice big bathroom with the tub and shower. The spa was incredible. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Everything is top notch here and so convenient. With a bar inside the hotel and 2 restaurants you would never have to leave if you didn’t want to. Staff were exceptional, rooms were beautiful, food was great. Would go back there in an instant.

The cleanliness was disappointing. The towels provided were dirty, and when I requested a replacement, the new towel also had a hair on it.

Sky way to the parking lot was frequently locked, resulting in having to walk down to the first floor of the parking structure to get into the hotel lobby.

The employees marching around the front door as we were leaving didn’t help. Sorry. One of the nicest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. Not the best location for a downtown hotel.

My room was clean. Had great food for breakfast by way of room service. Quiet hotel. Great beds. Everyone that works there is so nice. I stayed here for four days. I was doing something at the convention center. You can walk outside or by way of skyway.
