Sheraton Minneapolis Downtown Convention Center

Very clean and comfortable. Comfy bed. Great helpful and friendly staff.

Great stay, super convenient with it's distance to the convention center. The room itself was clean and spacious!

Clean area and close to everything in downtown.

Rooms are clean and neat. The overall atmosphere was really welcoming. The breakfast was amazing and the wings were spot on. Staff were great, kind, very helpful with any questions we had. Wish the pool was open a bit later. Will for sure stay there again if we go back to the Twin Cities!!

I like the staff, they were welcoming, informative, and helpful in all questions I had. Also breakfast was flavorful andg wonderful. I look forward to a future visit at the next event I have.

Very clean upscale hotel

Cons: Unfortunately, our bathroom ceiling was in poor condition and definitely needs attention. While the M Lounge has a great view and a nice atmosphere, the food and beverage offering was disappointing. There were very few snack and drink options, and the coffee machine was broken, with several other options also out of order. The “light breakfast” was particularly underwhelming and felt more like a small selection of wine-pairing snacks than a proper breakfast. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it, but the condition of the bathroom and the limited M Lounge breakfast offering took away from an otherwise good experience.

It was a good location for our plans there. Liked that it caterers to the over 21 crowd. The pool was like enjoying a peaceful spa day. Good workout room. Did find the parking to be a bit pricey.

Room was a good size very clean and good access to anywhere downtown really.

The property was very nice and well maintained, smells amazing when entering the lobby. My only downside was not microwave. It's needed when you're trying to eat on a budget.

Hotel was right near the convention center where I had a conference. Ceiling in bathroom needed to be scrapped and painted. Heat from shower was causing the ceiling to peel.

The people were so incredibly nice! Me and my friends were there for a concert and a birthday and even when their hall had closed up they let us take photos after hours. Super nice and accommodating and genuinely gave us the best experience i’ve ever had at a hotel. Keep it up with the front desk staffing they were all understanding and friendly

Very friendly staff, clean, and convenient location

Nice room and good location, but the chillers on the roof below were loud enough to disturb sleep even with earplugs. Ended up running the room fan just to create white noise. Heard from many colleagues that room AC was ineffectual (as was mine), but it was high 90s outside so maybe they are just not up to that level of load.

Location was excellent- everything I had planned was in walking distance with plenty of dining options that didn't require driving.

I like the location of hotel

This was a pleasant hotel, located right in downtown across from the convention center. The maid service was prompt and efficient. The restaurant was outstanding. We ended up having breakfast and dinner there most days, with lunches out. The wait staff were all skillful and pleasant.
