Toilet don’t work when I first checked in, I let the staff know but after coming back 6 hours later it still wasn’t working. The following morning the hot water did not work. When I let the staff know, they said some rooms have hot water and some don’t, they could move me if I wanted. I had unloaded all my stuff for an event, and moving was a lot of work. I then asked if they can refund a portion of my room instead, and they said no.

The water took about 15 minutes to turn hot. Wish the front desk people mentioned it. No trash can in the bathroom, very weird when you're shedding your uterine walls...
-
The building turned the water off everyday from 9AM to 10PM which was not something I was informed of when making my reservation. When the water was on it did not get warm. The hotel/manager refused to give me a discount for the inconvenience as well.
-
The room was clean and even though there was remodeling going on, it was very quiet.
-
Didn't like it was freezing in room my whole stay no heat and then was going to stay longer but they water is off for a long period of time the ice-cream bars price was crazy didn't like that they went in my room but didn't clean they made up bed but didn't change the sheets and I was connected to a joint room the door was unlocked and cracked open when me and my baby came back in from eating

Loved my stay here for one night, attending a concert. Staff was friendly and room was very comfortable and spacious!
-
I thought the rooms were good size and clean I had to repair my tv because it would not work and the shower didn’t get warm.

When we got to our room it was not clean. Pee in toilet and the bathroom was mess. The manager gave us a new room. That bathroom has the bathroom fan on the bathroom counter. It was not vacuumed. It smelled musty. Clean better and that hotel is not worth $200 per night

The staff was helpful and the room was very clean. I do plan on staying there again.
-
The room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space. The parking was awful.
-
The room was clean and the front desk workers were very accommodating. We were about to get into our room 3 hours early with no extra fees or problems. The air did not work in our room and it was very not over night.

I like how there was Parking garage connected to actual hotel. The staff was rude. We called to ask for someone to look at our toilet multiple times and was given a time limit, but anytime we have called when time was up we received attitude and was hung up on. Before check out also we asked for a later check out and was told it was unacceptable and we needed to leave at check out time and was immediately hung up on as well. Also, setting the temp for the room was only allowed to 68 degrees which did not cool the whole room.
-
We were only there for 1 night mainly to sleep and the bed was comfortable.
-
all good
-
No hot water the whole time, mentioned it to the staff and they asked what we expected them to do about it. Also $35/night for parking on top of the already inflated prices
-
Do not book this is a complete dump, it should be condemned. Room was dirty on arrival, AC did not work in our room. No housekeeping service to touch up the room between nights. Staff were not friendly and it seemed like serving guests was an inconvenience to them. Avoid at all costs and book elsewhere.

Check in was a little tough. They overcharged us by a lot but eventually figured it out. The hotel itself was great!! Very clean, easy parking for downtown, loved our room & decent area!!! Nice bedding and nice bathroom. Very clean and safe

Perfect and clean place

The hotel turned off the water from 9 AM-4 PM Monday through Friday for renovations. My stay was Saturday through Tuesday, and the only notification about this was a sign in the elevators and lobby on Sunday. The AC also had a hard time keeping up.

Water was turned off for repairs Manager not on site. Parking garage is extremely dangerous as you can't enter the hotel without a key card from the basement parking, but there's no way to get a key card until you check in.
