Went for a show in theater district and baseball game. Very close to all areas. Pricing for parking was a bit high, but secured.
-
Room was clean. Went down for breakfast and coffee & eggs out. Many people waiting for things to be replenished. People looking for individuals in the kitchen area but no one around. Staff at front desk very friendly & helpful.

Very nice. Spacious room. Good breakfast.

Breakfast was simple but on time and refilled often. Daytime front desk staff was very short with me and not willing to make any changes whenever I made a request. I booked a room that should have slept 4, but it clearly only slept 3. The fold out couch is tiny - was offered a roll away at an additional fee, even though the room was listed by the fire marshall as a an occupancy of 3 but it was sold as a room for 4. Staff complained that they were overbooked and could not do anything for anyone about anything. I understand that sometimes you can't make accommodations but being nice even when saying "no" goes a long way.

Staff was not attentive but property is really amazing.
-
Room had everything you need, spacious with a kitchenette. Great location.

More signs for navigating through the building/leading to the hotel from the parking garage would be beneficial.
-
Nice room and the hotel was clean.
-
Excellent location. Near activities and restaurants. The room was so spacious with full size fridge and microwave.

Amazing property with free parking and free breakfast in the heart of downtown Minneapolis!

Awesome

Location was stellar. Walkable to many of the venues. Structure parking was affordable and close. Pet friendly was a plus! Breakfast was decent. Neither the bed nor pull out bed were comfortable. It was uncomfortably hot in the elevator, main hallways and dining area. The internet connectivity was spotty at best and often the TV did not work. There was no area to walk your dog. Staff basically ignored you when coming and going - there no exchange of pleasantries. I won't go as far as to say they were rude...

location, and clean liked everything

Very great location!
-
The common areas were a little warm and stuffy. The couch in the room was not very comfortable at all, and the shower door was interestingly placed you could only open it with the bath room door completely closed as it opened into the bathroom and it did not latch or seal. Other than this the stay was very pleasant.

The biggest issue I had with the place, and with Expedia's listing of it, is that it was not made clear up front that there is a $23 a day charge for parking. The Expedia listing and the hotel's listing online both mention available parking on site. I tried various ways, short of a phone call, to determine whether this parking was free. I could not find this information online. I was mildly disappointed to find the parking was not free. I don't find it surprising that there would be a charge for parking in a downtown hotel, but I think the charge should be made clear up front. The room was great - very clean, separate bedroom, sitting area, kitchenette. Easily understandable TV access. No issues with wifi or heating/cooling. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was outstanding- and free! I would readily stay here again!

The room was clean, breakfast was good, bed was comfy, it was a nice getaway. Walking distance to dinner and target. Had a nice time
