The 2 bedroom suite was very clean, the king size beds were comfortable and overall the room was accommodating to our needs for our two day stay. Parking was cost efficient and close by which we liked. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a lot of great options to choose from. Overall excellent experience.

Right in the heart of downtown. Many bars and restaurants are very walkable as well as the sports stadiums.

Room was spacious and kitchen with large fridge/freezer was very helpful. Only complaint was that the tv picture was so dark it was hard to see what was happening on the program. Remote control offered no setting options to brighten it, frustrating when we just wanted to relax at night and watch a show.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was super clean and very modern. I don't have any complaints.

This hotel was recently refurbished. It felt brand new-loved the little kitchen. Comfortable bed and quiet so high up-floors 10-14. Parking was easy. Lots of restaurants and venues close by.

The room was a clean and comfortable place to live for a few days. Bookings showed the room with a conventional oven. I was counting on that for some of my meals.

The location to Target Field was perfect for us. It was very clean, really nice and the breakfast was really good.

Loved the suite 2 bedrooms, location was great. I am Really Picky but they did really well. I was impressed. Breakfast wasok and staff doing breakfast very good at maing sure food was there but a little quiet and decaf coffee was only warm. I wouldn't hold that against them. Most things they did above board and I would dedinitely stay there again. Staff serving breakfast was just a little quiet. A little more engagement with customers might be nice but definitey were in to f ensuring food was there hot and available. I should be a silent shopper for you! :)

The room had a well-planned layout that improved my stay; its convenient location made commuting to my conference simple, and the attentive staff were always available to assist whenever I needed help. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the smart TV in the room, which I was looking forward to using. However, unfortunately, during my stay, neither the Wi-Fi nor the smart TV worked properly, which caused some inconvenience.

Was nice to have parking at the hotel with the connected parking garage. As of Summer 2026 the parking was $23.00 every calendar day. Room was nice bed was comfortable the pillows weren't comfortable to me one too flat, two too much. Breakfast every morning was good. They usually had the same selection, but had a good variety. The downtown area is little rough at night so don't recommend venturing out too late at night. The hotel felt secure with needing a room key to enter hotel lobby area and also to get the elevator to go up to the rooms. Stayed there for about 6 nights and was nice to be able to keep food in the room and make a few meals, so we didn't have to always eat out. If what you are doing in the city is by this hotel I think you will enjoy your stay.

Third stay at Residence Inn by Marriott Downtown Minneapolis and it never disappoints. Staff are friendly and helpful. If there are any issues they work hard to resolve them. Very conveniently located near Target Center, Twins Field and major concert venues. Great place to stay in MPLS.
