Great rooms, great location downtown

Amazing hotel

The only problem we had was staff not being able to speak english. There were 2 staff unable to speak any English. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are very nice. Made us feel at home.

The room was not practical for 4 adults. The space was not a Suite as advertised. It was an open space and shared a TV on a swivel. It was an odd space. It lacked the privacy that we expected with a suite. It was clean and the staff was helpful.

The initial engagement with the front desk staff was great. The staff were very personable and that's always a plus. The staff were very helpful because I traveled with my daughter who issues a wheelchair. Overall, there was nothing that I have to complain about. Thank you

Excellent place to stay with top leve service, clean amenities and close to the sights downtown as well as area lakes. We will be back.

Please add a microwave to the business class rooms and a larger refrigerator.

Everything was really good and I will be staying there again. I was disappointed that housekeeping didn’t clean my room during a 3-night stay, however.

Best room ever in the best hotel ever. I absolutely loved it and will be looking for The Royal Sonesta wherever I go from now on!

Great communication before stay, luggage room very helpful since we arrived early but didn’t need early check-in, ditto after checkout. My adult son and I had an event at which luggage would have been inconvenient. Restaurant and fitness room excellent as well. Top notch from before we got there until after we left.

Great stay was located in a great area with the foshay tower located only 6 min walking distance! Downtown was right there location was very convenient

We came into town for a concert. We were so excited to see that the venue was only 2 blocks away. Upon checking in, the gentleman that helped us was so nice. He communicated with us about everything the hotel had to offer, places nearby, the venue where the concert was being held, etc. The hotel room was very nice and clean. It was stocked with towels (always a plus), tea, coffee and water. The linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. I was a bit chilly in the room but we were able to control the thermostat. The only thing we didn’t like is there was no valet parking and you have to pay separately for the parking. Where we did end up parking (underground parking) was well lit and clean. We will most definitely be back again.

No maid service. Coffee in room was fine but had to be requested and picked up at front desk on days following the first nights visit.

Liked the restaurant for breakfast. Good food at a reasonable price.

It was great!

Beautiful hotel, incredibly clean. We stayed in a suite. Biggest shower I’ve ever seen, and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Sad to leave
