Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Downtown

The rooms were not cleaned correctly. We stayed in a suite for a family of 6 and the room only had enough necessities for 3-4 people. The rooms are not like the pictures shown. They only provide 2 small trash cans for the entire room with one trash bag. As a family of six they filled up fast and the nearest trash bin is not until the reception area ( our room was on the 9th floor and we had to use key cards to even use the elevator. Carrying trash down while have your key cards to push a button on the elevator to throw it out is not the easiest thing to do.) The breakfast they include is the best part with their chef cooking omelets and toasts to your liking. Overall, we will not be staying here again.

Overall this was a very nice hotel. Lots of amenities very close to the hotel. Only downside was the mattress. The bed was so hard that I woke up sore every morning.

Overall very nice, staff could have been a bit more helpful or polite when asking for guidance with parking options. Breakfast was decent but have had better at other locations.

We had no issues. The room was very clean. The breakfast provided a lot of options. Especially like the made to order omelets. Staff was super friendly amd helpful

Bed was horrible. Pulled back bedding and there were blood stains on linen. Called the desk and they sent up new linen expecting the customer to change linen, however the linen that was sent up had blood stains as well. Went to desk to talk to Manager and desk clerk was snobby and did not want to get the Manager. Finally she went and got him and he refuse to believe the linen issue until he witnessed it. We have stayed at Embassy Suites everything we go to Minneapolis and was very disappointed with this stay.

Clean hotel and room, great staff. Evening reception staff and breakfast staff were excellent! Valet was friendly and helpful. We had two adults and two kids for Banana Ball, so the hotel was full and hoppin, but the pool was a family friendly area for the kids. Nothing negative to say about our stay!

Everything was great

Amazing location, horrible and rude staff. They need to work on reeducating staff how to be hospitable and helpful as opposed to their sour and cold demeanor when asked for any help or any questions at the front desk.
