AC Hotel by Marriott Minneapolis Downtown

The one thing I was disappointed with was the early check-in policy. I arrived only about 30 minutes before the regular check-in time, and my room was already clean and ready, but I was told there would be a $25 fee to check in early. I understand charging a fee when someone requests a significantly early check-in, but charging $25 for 30 minutes when the room is already available seemed unnecessary. Most hotels I’ve stayed at will allow you to check in a little early if the room is ready. Other than that, the location was very convenient and the hotel itself was nice..

Check in went well, however, four people were at the front desk and no one could check us in. We checked in with a super nice person at a table a few feet from the front desk. Seemed chaotic and we were the only ones checking in. We had ordered pizza and I have my wrong cell number, however, the room # was on the slip when it was delivered. I walked down to see if it had been delivered and instead of the front desk staff calling our room to let me know; they put it in the back! So it was cold. They need to work on their customer service skills. Probably won’t stay here again.

Hotel was very nice, very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was very convenient as well!

It was my first trip out of town on my own. Doing something like that. It was a good choice for my first hotel. Stay It was clean, had no issues with any of the equipment.\n And I even met some Willy cool people like wwe starts of past

I like the location. Close to Jackson’s Hole on 1st and 3rd and close to target field among many other things

Staff was great, location was perfect but the internet service was down and had to go outside to go online. Very inconvenient

Staff was great. Clean room and hallways nice. The shower pressure is low and the curtain needs to be longer to help keep the water contained.

Tom, the concierge, was so helpful and a genuinely great person. Also, the night bar tender was awesome to chat with!

The room was really comfortable.

Everything was great!!! The only problem was the customers smoking right in front of the doors. Both entrances smokers were smoking right at the doors. People who don’t smoke DON’T want to smell SMOKE OR LIKE SMOKE. I’m just saying….

Staff was so helpful and kind, despite it being busy. Helped me get a room with two beds instead of one, which was a lifesaver when I last-minute was traveling with my teen and her friend.
