Flight was delayed came in at 0300 in the morning. Imagine trying to find this place after all the clubs closed down. People drunk on the street. Good thing they were polite and respectful. They were able to guide me to the right place. But I’m a big guy so my spidey senses weren’t going off. WESTIN DO BETTER

Super comfortably beds, lovely interior finishes and of course, the restaurant space was incredible. It’s in an old bank and many remnants remain, including a ceiling mural and the bank vault

Loved the location and the amenities. Housekeeping was a little behind property standards in my opinion. Basically just pulled up our bed linens and replaced towels. Dirty glasses not replaced and new water not replaced. One day we got no housekeeping service by 4:45 and had to tell front desk. Not to mention cable tv service was out for a complete day. I called front desk and they told me maintenance was on the way up and they never showed up-Two different times in one day. Weirdly, this room had no drawers to store clothes in. Still, we enjoyed our stay and staff was friendly and welcoming.

Ok hold onto your seats… the only good thing was the bed. We parked valet. The guy was not helpful at all we had many bags. He did nothing to help. The lobby is through a fine dining restaurant what an awful experience to walk weary after driving for 8 hours through the restaurant to the front desk, both for me and the diners, there is no room services, there are no amenities you can even buy for instance my son needed saline for contacts, another guest needed aspirin. They have nothing to purchase in room. They have ridiculously tiny fridge that I guess hold a bottle of water? We had three people in our room, they did not even ask about extra towels or cot. Downtown has no people in it. Luckily we did find a lovely meal at Gulia’s. The hotel staff was not helpful or knowledgeable about restaurants. Really horrible experience. I used to love Westin… not sure if the brand has gone downhill or just this location.

The property and the staff were nice and helpful. I was disappointed that I paid for a city view for it to be a view of a building that was a couple of feet away from the window.

The hotel is probably fairly old, but was in good shape. We did have problems with the shower drain, the shower door kept slamming into the bathroom door, and a flickering light. No real dresser for clothes to put away either. Otherwise great location and value price for location

We loved it!

centrally located for our Twins game and concert on another night. Upon our arrival, the employees at the front desk warmly greeted us. Prior to our stay, I’d noted in my reservation that we were celebrating a birthday and would love a nice view. I’d kind of forgotten about the note - and at check in they went out of their way to express birthday wishes and put is in a room with fabulous city views and breakfast vouchers- so personal and much appreciated! Our room was nice, clean and the walk in shower was a plus. We also used the gym and hot tub- and I was pleasantly surprised by how hot the hot tub was- perfect! Overall our stay was great. Food in the restaurant was also good- as was the service. Wish I could remember the names of the two employees who checked us in on us in (August 13) as they were excellent, and one even provided us with some on point restaurant recommendations. Would recommend!

Wish I had a better view but it's to be expected when it's downtown surrounded by high rises.

The staff is non responsive to guest issues. We were across from a room that had people banging on doors all night, loud music and lots of loud conversation late into the am hours. Called security/ front desk several times and staff was non responsive. Valet directed us to a private parking garage not affiliated with the hotel; for 3 nights the cost was $80.
