This is my second time staying at the Hyatt Regency Nicolett Mall in Minneapolis. The front desk (Fatima) was wonderful. She helped me solve the parking issue, introduced me to Hyatt rewards at the hotel, explained the breakfast package better (which had not been explained at my prior visit) and made the experience great overall. The service at the restaurant was okay. Dinner service was not great as there were waiters standing around before we got served. The buffet was great and breakfast service was much better. The service at the market was excellent. Room service was not great. There were few supplies in the bathroom (toilet tissue, towels) for three people in the room. I left multiple messages Saturday night and no one ever responded. The first time was better. This time was mediocre. But since it is close to my son's college and we will likely be traveling back to Minneapolis soon, I'd stay here again.

Not impressed. Room was clean. Limited pool hours. Parking was more than the room! Very discussed prior to booking the room. Front desk staff said could reduced parking rate with valet and was not true.

Jimmy at the front desk was absolutely amazing! What a great help to us when we arrived. We were able to check in early. Our room was clean and inviting.

The room and staff were great and helpful. View was amazing.

Room was clean and staff were very helpful. Shower pressure was not great and would increase and decrease constantly. Other than that, everything was great.

We traveled to Minneapolis for just a quick one night stay to attend a concert at US Bank Stadium. The hotel was a great location and perfect for our stay. Easy to self-park and we walked back from the concert. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice.

Good stay clean rooms.

The location and decor were gorgeous. We really liked the extremely well stocked “Market” deli/coffee shop.

The Park Suite was well appointed and quiet on the 5th floor with a treetop view. With a powder room and full bath, living room and small bar area, it made an excellent retreat for work and socializing. Huge hotel gym and a basketball court! Pool was adequate. Lovely stay, would choose this Hyatt again!

The central downtown location was perfect and the restaurant in the hotel was good. The parking was expensive and a far walk.

The stuff overall was good accept the breakfast area. We had to wait for our breakfast that we ordered from the menu for almost an hour and when we got it was cold not even warm. It was ridiculous and they didn’t even apologize for delay or breakfast being cokd
