Pool was closed and there web sight still shows pool and hot tubs and the front desk said the hotel does not plan to spend money on the pool and hot tub to reopen it so iv stayed there the past 6 years it’s been great until now time to stay at a hotel with a working pool and hot tub

I paid to stay in this hotel so my kids could play in the pool whiles i work. We got there and was told the pool was out of service. Should have put it on the website but they did not. They advertised the pool when there was no pool. I did not get my money back. Was soooo mad.

Our room was huge! Such a great price. Views were beautiful of downtown. Staff was very friendly and great answering our questions about getting around. Breakfast was delicious and displayed very nicely. Parking had good signage but could have been free from the start rather than refunded later

Never had a suite with 2 bedrooms and only had 1 bathroom which you had to walk thru the master bedroom to get to. If you are only going to have 1 bathroom can't you make it a common bathroom

This was a very nice, comfortable stay. We didn't get to use many of the amenities because we were there to sleep only.

Centrally located, very spacious, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet. The building is a bit outdated but offers excellent value overall.
