Beautiful hotel! The customer service was excellent! from the time we walked in the door the Valet staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. The front desk team was super nice and made us feel right at home. The restaurant in the hotel was top notch as well-both food and staff were outstanding.

Clean room. Parking onsite is expensive but that is the area with limited parking. Only compliant was cleaning was knocking on our door persistently at 10am trying to clean our room.

Great experience! The hotel is clean. The lobby, the bar, and the rooms. Ambience is great! We were extremely impressed with the staff. Every single staff member we encountered was helpful, kind and positive.

Warmly greeted. Great room on top floor! Excellent workout room with top of the line, good condition equipment. Convenient to have Tavola restaurant right in the building for dinner before concert (we could walk to) and a drink after. Second time staying here.

great hotel and location ... we walked almost everywhere we needed and the train line was close too

Very nice rooms . Clean and well appointed . We were delighted by the small recessed seating alcove with cushions and a small table beside the bed. Very inspired. Besides already having a lounge chair and desk the extra seating is nice for say people from another room who might drop in . The bathroom was large with nice ceramics. Bed was super comfy. Front desk and valet staff very friendly and professional. Pity we didn’t sit in the lounge as it had a nice fireplace. Very highly appointed. Indoor parking right through the lobby . Nothing.

Hotel is nice resturant and bar ate great. Lack of a proper chair for the desk in the room is confusing, no one wants to sit on a foot stool.
