Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and afternoon cookies a nice treat. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Having to pay for parking was only negative but I guess to be expected being downtown

We had a very nice stay. It was walking distance to the baseball games. Hot breakfast was good and had choices of food.

This hotel is in a great location - walking distance to the ballpark, lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean, but a little rundown. One of the shower soap dispensers was broken - just left on the side of the tub, marks on the walls, could use some painting. Quiet - couldn't hear any neighbors. Ample parking.

Room was clean, but could use some updating especially the bathroom. The plastic tub had a patch on the bottom, not impressed. The breakfast was good with different options. When I called the hotel before my arrival, they failed to tell me I could temporarily park in front of the entrance even though there were no parking signs posted. I paid almost $300 for my one night stay plus $35 for hotel parking. Not a bargain for sure.

Everything was perfect. Location was perfect!

Excellent location to restaurants and activities. No need to rent a car you can walk everywhere in the North Loop area. Has a heated outdoor pool which was nice the one warmer day we had during our visit. Having a full kitchen made it possible to have cold drinks, snacks and to bring back leftovers from restaurants to snack on the next day. We had a wonderful stay!

This is the perfect place to stay to go to a twins game or enjoy the north loop. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. It is an older building and it’s a bit dated but you can not beat the location.

The location, the staff and the outdoor pool were the highlights of the property. The staff here were wonderful — shout out to the gal working in the afternoon of Saturday, June 6. She was very kind and helpful. The rooms and furniture were extremely outdated. The fold out couch terribly old and uncomfortable. The curtains were yellowing. Guests were smoking at the exits.

Great staff. Excellent location. Enjoyed the pool. The room was meh. Smelled stale. No fan in the bathroom, so the room was damp after showers. No cold water in bathroom sink. Was hot or really hot. Burning rubber smell in the hallways.

Location was excellent, good to have a pool area. Breakfast good. Furniture in rooms very tired and placement of TV and TV unit blocks area around the bed

We have been staying at this property for years now. It is beautifully located for our needs in the Minneapolis North Loop. It is starting to show its age, a bit dated in design , but suits our needs well.

Excellent location to enjoy the North loop experience The furnishings are starting to show their age but everything was comfortable and is good for a stay.

We really enjoyed our stay there. Great location, rooms are nice and they have a nice breakfast. Erika was so helpful and super nice. Staff was great. Will stay there again!
