Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Minneapolis-Minnetonka by IHG

Because of the tournament schedule, we had a lot of downtime between Friday and Sunday. When we checked in on Friday, we were told the cable service was down but expected to be restored by Saturday morning. Unfortunately, it was still out Saturday morning, remained unavailable Saturday night, and was still not working when we checked out on Sunday. We were also stuck by the ice maker, which was used frequently, and our door had gaps on all three sides where light and noise came in. After paying for two nights, plus the cost of trip insurance, it was disappointing that there was no compensation or accommodation for the lack of cable during our entire stay.

Out side doors didn’t. Room was lousy poor lighting in the room couldn’t read a book. No clock in the room or on the nightstand. This hotel used to be top notch when Holiday Days Inn ran it before.

Room was clean, walls were quite thin and we could hear people talking and doors closing all the time but otherwise a good stay

Close to where we needed to be We booked a 2 queen room and when we got there it was a king room and front desk said they were sold out. Very frustrating Also asked for more pillows and a blanket and the front desk didn’t know if they could get those for us.

Front desk was frequently unattended. The a/c was very loud

Overall good stay. Some construction around the property but didn’t inhibit the stay. Nice restaurant just across the street.

Our room wasnt cleaned for 2 days. We had to ask for clean towels. When room was finally cleaned on 3rd night of our 4 night stay, it was half done. Shower wasn't cleaned at all.

The room was very clean every day with fresh towels and soap/shampoo/conditioner always full. The breakfast was wonderful and always hot and plentiful. The people at the check-in counter was very friendly. Parking was a little limited because of the construction going on, but once that's done, I feel it will be good.

Trying to upgrade and walkable to a few eateries. Rooms needed towel bars and racks, electrical sockets were loose so devices didn’t charge.

The pool and jacuzzi were a big hit for the kids.

The property was a bit hard to find as the outdoor sign was small and there was construction in the area which added to the confusion.

Clean Room, A/C worked well this time, Staff was friendly, breakfast was pretty good, parking is good, bummed the hot tub didn’t work this time. A couple weeks back when I was there the hot tub worked but the jets didn’t work.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Breakfast was very good.
