Another thing, with the TV channel selections, there were a lot of different religious channels and a lot of infomercial channels.

Nice facility.

The check-in process was total chaos, long lines the staff didn’t seem to know how to do things as if they were not properly trained. Did not give any instruction on breakfast, any of the amenities, etc.. There is not enough seating for guest to eat for breakfast. The staff was incredibly rude. The breakfast food was ice cold and or out of stock. The picnic area and the grills were disgusting. You couldn’t use the grills even if you wanted to because the staff couldn’t help you and they were so dirty that you couldn’t grill on them. The room had electronic shades and they wouldn’t work because they needed to be charged and when we called and asked about it that’s what they told us. Well, you know they need to be charged well how would we know that and how do we charge them when we asked about the grills and if they were ready I don’t know. Just go out there and figure it out they should work. I don’t know. I’m here by myself. I can’t help you are the answer that we got. In our room there was a huge leak When you ran the sink so there was water everywhere told them about it and all they said was sorry, but never came and fixed it and when you were looking for a front clerk to help you, he was sitting in the lobby on his phone. He couldn’t be bothered to help the guests. Frustrating situation, would not recommend.

Staff was helpful. We had a nice stay. Room was clean. If we come back to the area we will definitely stay there. Also was nice being conveniently located and on the outskirts of Minneapolis.

We had a great day. Clean quiet and comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning.

The room was not cleaned on the two day schedule promised. First and only cleaning was on day 4. The breakfast buffet items were not resupplied on a timely basis.

My room was clean, large with a very comfortable bed. The shower and bathroom was large and clean. I had a Queen suite that included a separate bedroom from a kitchen and sitting area. Very spacious and felt like a small apartment. Easy parking

We stayed 3 nights and rooms are cleaned every other day. On our second day the room was not cleaned they just switched towels. I reported to the front desk and the response was I heard that from another guest. I like this hotel chain…do better!

Staff was helpful. The room was clean

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very big and had a lot of extras that other hotels do not offer at this price point. The location was amazing as well.

Clean room nice staff

Everything about our stay went well, though I/family were frustrated when staying x2 weekend in a row and not either time was there yogurt to start the day or was it refilled either weekend during breakfast. Bummer when that is all the toddler wanted both times. Good hotel and good price other than that part!

The breakfast menu was always a little different each day, which was nice. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. Housekeeping took great care of my room. I would definitely stay here again.

I would stay there again but you can only get housekeeping upon request. They list every other day but do not include trash and making the bed in that. Ok but not top quality

Not much out for breakfast when I went down twice. Did have plenty of coffee
