Blu Hotel Boutique

The location was pretty good. We have mold in our room. The next day we were changed to another room that had 20 times more mold. Of course wasn't acceptable so we finally got moved to another room that there wasn't any mold but the humidity was absolutely brutal. Everything was constantly moist. If you have an issue with that you shouldn't stay at this hotel. When you walk into the hotel there are strong smells all over the place and I believe they're trying to cover the humidity or the moisture. If mold and moisture don't bother you then stay here. It would be a great hotel if it didn't have those issues.

- European vibes rooms, knid of cozy - I like the management, i had to re-schedule my trip because of some emergency and they didn't chanrge me anything for the changes (and they could do it) that alone, i will always stay at that hotel boutique. -The rooms are not the biggest ones

The only thing I would let others know is that there is no elevator and we are on the 3rd floor. Great for burning calories but a senior guest would never be able to haul the bags up the narrow staircase. Definitely not a big deal to us but a bit inconvenient is all.

Location and the staff. The room was super small

My room was humid and smelled mold a little bit. The hotel has a coffee, and maybe because of that the hall smells like food (and sometimes oil). My room needed a better clean in the floor (dusty).

The location was great. The staff excellent and loved my room. This was my second stay at Blu Hotel and will definitely book again. The rooms are so well appointed. It feels like a home away from home. Just one block down from the Main Street and yet the rooms are so quiet I slept like a baby. Beautifully decorated too. Loved my stay here.

Very centrally located within short walking distance to many sights in Milaflores. There is no hotel signage so look for the blue building with a coffee shop next door. The staff were extremely friendly and even made us a to go breakfast when we had an early morning flight. The rooms and bathrooms are large, clean and comfortable. We noticed a smell in the bathroom and it seems like this is common with bathrooms in older buildings. There was an air purifier in the room and it helped a little. If you are sensitive, you may want to bring a little deodorizer spray with you from home.

The location was close to restaurants and a short distance to the main historical sites. The room was well equipped to make tea and coffee if you wish. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The most comfortable beds I think I’ve ever slept in. No mini bar.

From the lobby, it's esthetically clean and minimalistic. The room is a bit tight but it's clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast was good. Air-conditioner was cool. It doesn't have an elevator.

I only stayed here for one night, but it was excellent. I arrived later than I expected after 21:00 but checking in went smooth. You just had to press the doorbell and someone will come get you. The staff is very nice, friendly, and very professional. The room itself is really cozy, where the beds are comfortable. Location is great, very close to a lot of different food places and shopping. I can't recommend this place enough!

Nothing everything perfect

It is in a safe, touristy area. Lots of foods and breweries around. It was cute and the staff was helpful.

I did not apreciate being woken up by workers (drilling and hammering) as i will fly all night and i cannot sleep on the plane.

Cool place ! Super staff I was right in the construction . Dust would fall on me when I came out of room . Loud noise ??

Breakfast was american style (eggs, bacon, coffee, orange juice) and made to order! Very good. A/C didn't work in the first 2 rooms I was placed in, so I had to move twice. But the team was very accommodating in finding a room with working air conditioner!
