Mishawaka Inn

I would not ever stay in this hotel again. The rug on the floor was dreadful. It smelled stale, and it was torn at the entrance. The chair was spotted with dirt, and it smelled horrible. I had to spray the whole room with Lysol. The bed was so hard; I could not rest at all. It felt as if I had ridden a horse. My whole body was aching. When I went into the bathroom, there was hair on the sink and on the tub; the floor was dirty and sticky. I checked the shower, and the soap had been used. The soap bottle was open, and the shower walls were full of scum on them. When my guest flushed the toilet, the water ran to the top of the bowl, and he called the front desk to get someone to fix the toilet, but instead of them fixing the toilet, the front desk tapped on the door and left a plunger at the door. I called the front desk for additional pillows, and they brought me one. My guest has a broken foot, so he needs additional pillows, and I let the front desk know this when we checked in. Now I am home and checked my bill, and I am noticing they have charged me twice for a one-night stay.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. All in all, very solid for the price. I would definitely stay again.

Dust… no shampoo.. conditioner… etc. Bed had severe staining. Just horrible.

The hotel was very clean, staff very friendly and attentive. Could have a better breakfast more variety but in general our stay was very nice.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The rooms are clean and it’s in a great location. Excellent value.

I don’t like almost every what I see and service.room and atmosphere I don’t recommend for anyone to stay in this property

Location was always convenient for us but won't be back when there is so many more hotels near this one.

Pool was not working ! No breakfast and just all around dirty

Close to everything. Very clean rooms. Left necklace at hotel and staff turned it in. Thank you. I recommend

they did not share at check in that you had to request a room cleaning

The pool was relaxing, the beds we're white and cloud like. Breakast was great. Make a little coffee latte machine apple juice orange juice teas it's a wonderful relaxing day . I'll stay again

Room was not cleaned by staff and towels were not replenished, had to go to front desk for fresh towels.

It was perfect. Didn’t get to use the pool, which was very nice or eat the breakfast.

Bed was clean and bug free. Tops of tables dressers ect were dusty trash and hair balls in drawers. Tub doesnt drain properly. They pillows were over used and very small. The room had a funny smell. Gym is not a gym and pull is big enough for 1 family only.

The only complaint/concern is the water dripping down on the first floor sidewalk. That part of the building is rusting and my boyfriend who has worked in all types of c9nstruction says there will eventually be an issue with the
