Very convenient and comfortable room. Wonderful live traditional Okinawa music venue nearby. The breakfast was unimaginative and lacking fruit and vegetables, except some limp broccoli. Also, no tea options.

The staff were very kind and friendly. I arrived in the morning, so I left my luggage there and went sightseeing, but they even lent me free beach towels before check-in. When I returned to the hotel to check in, the check-in procedure had already been completed and my luggage had been taken to my room. The room was spacious, had a nice interior, and was very comfortable. There was a free-use washing machine on the same floor, and it was great that detergent and other amenities were also free. Breakfast was included, and I was able to eat it there or take it with me like a bento box, which was convenient. I also stayed for two nights, but the breakfast menu was different each time. I can't think of anything in particular, but if I had to say something, it would be great if there was a shuttle service to the airport, as public transportation on Miyakojima is very inconvenient.

The breakfast was filling before going out for the day. I loved having the soups as part of breakfast. All of the staff members were gracious and wonderful! The location was close to many eateries and shopping. The only tiny thing I can think of that would make it better is to allow laundry until later, maybe 9:30 p.m. instead of 8 p.m. Since everyone is using the same two machines, it can be a challenge to find some availability. It is definitely a wonderful plus to be able to do laundry, though.

I liked the decor as well as the bed were comfortable. There was laundry facilities in our room because we had the bigger option. I loved the bath on the balcony. I think we were in what would be considered the honeymoon suite but because we are a family of three they set up a bed for our son which was great but it blocked easy aches to the vanity. I wish his bed was in the other room

Excellent sized rooms, fresh towels every day and wonderfully comfortable beds! Thank you for your kind service! Perhaps some crockery to go with the cups and kettle, but other than that a truly wonderful stay!

Nice hotel in the city centre. Very convenient area for nice restaurants and bars. We would have preferred breakfast buffet but you can use the bento boxes to take on a trip so the concept makes sense for some people. So it’s not really a con if you prefer that.

Free parking in the front and back of the hotel. The shower head was in a weird spot, so the towel rack was in the way and the towel got wet. The breakfast tasted fine, but it was just a bento box to take out. But this was right after a typhoon, so that may have affected the menu options.

The location was ideal, the grab-and-go breakfast was delicious, and the check in/check out system was extremely easy.

Free breakfast, parking and laundry. Lots of free amenities. Mosquitoes in the restaurant, so you need to use bug spray before you go.

Great hotel, amazing staff. The breakfast is a delicious grab and go. The hotel has tons of extras to make you comfortable. We stayed 2 weeks and were very happy!
