The room was nice and clean. The staff was kind and available. We spent 3 days in the hotel, less than our plans. We had to leave before because of a typhoon hitting the island and the hotel gave back us money for the nights that we cancelled. It was very nice from them. The people at the reception, except for just one person, don't know English so was a bit difficult to communicate. We were communicating with Google Translate. Unfortunately, the swimming pool of the spa was dirty, full of hairs, so we didn't enjoy the spa.

It was in a really great location, close to all the izakayas! They only clean after every three days.. so coming back from the beach there was a lot of sand so we wished they could have cleaned maybe every two days

The Tabino hotel is well located in the city center of Miyako, where all the restaurants and bars are. So it is not a resort or an hotel with pool or so, however it has a sauna and sento (bath). This is more to consider to have a very comfortable hotel in the city for those who wants to enjoy also a dinner or a night out and not being isolated in a resort miles away. The staff working at the hotel is very professional, kind and helpful and so it's the restaurant situated at the ground floor at the hotel, where I had an excellent meal (recommend the squid ink pasta!!) Nothing, it was all fine.

Very clean, modern, perfect location, nice amenities. We rented bikes for a day and unfortunately the size of the bikes wasn’t really good for anyone taller than 1.75 metres. All in all it’s no biggie, especially as we paid only 1000¥ for a day, but it made for some uncomfortable pedalling!

TV information was very useful to find out such as the real time public bath crowdiness, local guide, restaurant menu. Their restaurant was also nice.

The staff was friendly and professional. The restaurant is pretty good. Nice "spa". Irreproachably clean. Perfect location, close to were the bars and restaurants are, and close to a major bus station. All 3 bicycles I rented had major issues. Not enough elevators.

Everything was excellent about the property. The customer service was unique, and it was all about making the customer feel welcome. Big thank you to Mr. Go Fuji; the best customer service I have ever received; he went above and beyond his duties and spoke perfect English. I will definitely be back; thank you so much. Although we didn't use it, the hotel room had a microwave and washer in addition to a mini fridge. The toilet and shower rooms were a nice size. I liked the bench seat at the window, and the TV was huge. Also they had nice pillows, and an onsen. Nice AC that was super effective. The bed was still a bit hard for my liking, and we wanted 1 more pillow but they couldn't give us one. Also, the room was a bit cramped, but if you don't plan to spend a whole lot of time there (we didn't), it's doable.
