didn’t love that the parking was so far away

The doors had issues at time to open at first due to rusty keyhole and probably high moisture. But its to be expected since Miyako region is humid.

Very stylish and compact. And breakfast was excellent Front staff were not helpful and friendly. They don’t giving any information for facility and just as giving out keys for checking and collecting money. Breakfast location (restaurant) was excellent service and foods. I’ve enjoyed while staying there

Great views overlooking the harbor. Rooms were comfortable Parking was limited and filled up quickly. The restaurant hours were useless. Sign said it was open until 9:30am for breakfast. Went there at 9am and was told that the kitchen was closed. Was quite difficult to find other eating options in the area too.

Staff and location. No closet, room very small for 2 people. Not easy to open the door to the room and put the key in a slot for electricity.

Parking was a pain, very few parks outside the hotel and the other carpark you can use is 2 blocks away (10min walk) plus also gets full at night. We came back from dinner and had to squeeze into a corner to create a park. We could hear the water from the shower in the room above us which was above the bed so a bit annoying late at night. We asked about booking a snorkeling tour as you needed to call to make a booking and our esims don't allow phone calls, the lady at reception said to email them, unfortunately we never got an email back. We have stayed at many hotels before where they will call for you, but not this hotel.

Definitely not for the beach or swimming. The prices could be more affordable

It was a really nice location, with seaview, we really liked the option of free parking, staff was nice as always, the hotel also had laundry machines, and breakfast was delicious Room was pretty small, but we already knew that so it was ok

The very good breakfast for those who love traditional Asian for Europeans who want sweet there is little offer. The room was small but like all rooms in Japan but very comfortable, the terrace overlooking the sea. Excellent location also for travel. The staff were not very sociable unlike the other hotels in Japan. Not rude but less sociable.

Staff - amazing! Really always there for you to satisfy any requests. Position good too. Amazing burger restaurant just in the lobby. Bed definitely very small (but with nice view). Breakfast “Japanese” with limited offer for Europeans in particular on the sweets.

Good location (convenient from the airport, going to other beaches/islands, etc.) There's not a huge number of places to eat around the hotel.

Amazing breakfast with lots of local dishes and specialties. Rooms are very small. Ended up doing an upgrade to a double twin room.
