great location. quiet. in the room there is a washing machine and dryer. staff is very helpful, we had to cancel one night and the staff help us and solve it with booking

Location was great. It was a very good value. Receptionist was very rude. I told her I spoke very little Japanese, and she then spoke faster so I couldn't understand her. I knew she could speak English, but didn't want to and made it very hard. She asked for 2,000 rupies to pay for parking for 2 days. I didn't know there was this extra fee, and I didn't know what rupies were. I paid her 2,000 yen. So maybe she just took the extra money for herself. But she was very, very rude.

The staff was really kind and helpful. Even when I once had a problem and I wasn't able to neither check out nor extend my stay in time, it wasn't a big deal.

Wifi and the shower facility are good. There were trashes in the corridor of our floor. Some spider web at the entrance. I think that it`s better to do an inspection of the place every day
