We arrived late when there was no more transportation to our apartment, and the check-in process was incredibly fast and smooth. Comfortable, stylish rooms, great value for money, and exceptionally friendly staff. Everything was easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!

You can enjoy free coffee and tea at the lobby. We were happy we could enjoy local craft beer which you can buy at the reception too. No breakfast there but you can visit cozy cute bakery near the hotel :)

High standard of the Fairfield rooms was evident. Good free coffee available in the common area. Good access to restaurants. Very good choice.

Location, staff (especially English speakers), room size, cleanliness, and drink/kitchen amenities were excellent. Also, the back patio was lovely and we appreciated being able to use that exit/entrance to get to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfectly located with an express bus stop (Kisenba Minato Kan) to Kyoto and Osaka right in front of the hotel. Within just 5 minutes on foot, you will find a mall and a bus stop to Ine and Amanohashidate. The room is cozy and provides a relaxing ambiance. I hope to have a bathtub in the room.

The property was immaculate with a beautifully decorated open space in the lobby for guests to relax, adjacent to a breakfast area with free coffee in the morning and access to private outside seating. There is an adorable bakery a two minute walk away with wonderful pastries, and we were able to walk to a great sushi restaurant for dinner. The rooms were large, and the beds very comfortable. Our group was provided with adjacent rooms before we even asked and were able to store our luggage the day of check-out so we could explore the lovely Amanohashidate area. The staff spoke English and were so friendly. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Staff were excellent! We stayed one night after our wedding document signing, and the staff left a note and towel swans on the bed. Very courteous and all around a great stay. Nothing of note.
