The morning desk clerk was a joy to talk to and very helpful. The breakfast was great and the after hours coffee and tea were great

After receiving our room key, we were unable to open the door. I went back to the front desk, and the lady working there was very unpleasant. She told me that I could not keep the room key close to my phone because it could cause the key to stop working. She gave me a new key, but unfortunately, that key did not work either. I did not feel comfortable going back to speak with her again because I found her attitude intimidating, so I asked my son to go instead. He came back with a maintenance person, who discovered that there was actually an issue with the door lock. In addition, our room key did not work for the side entrance during our entire stay. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but the customer service and our check-in experience could have been much better.

When I couldn’t seem to make the TV work, I called the front desk. The employee who answered my call was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I highly recommended and I will stay in property again if I'm going back to Moab.

We had a fantastic one night stay. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the full sized refrigerator. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had!

I loved this place! I’m a solo traveler and I felt very safe and accommodated! I traveled with food and ice blocks and the fridge was a welcome necessity! The receptionist was thorough and super kind. The breakfast was filling!

Overall a newer nice hotel. My only complaint was the beds are a little too hard for me but worked and if you need more sink counter space it was a little lacking. Location is good. Breakfast was adequate. Property was clean and well taken care of. Seemed like ample parking as well. But on the whole a great place and would stay there again.

Room was nice and clean and the balcony was a nice surprise! Staff was friendly and amenities were great! Location was nice and felt like I slept on a cloud!

Right in town, very walkable and had all the amenities you can think of, the staff was more than helpful and breakfast was great!

Nice, clean and they have different choices of food everyday. But the server is not friendly and grumpy.
