No one was in the office, and the door was closed when we arrived. A notice on the front door said, "Please call this number to get the entry code," but the phone number was unreachable. We contacted Expedia and obtained the correct number. However, when we entered the room, we found it messy. We called again, and a staff member said they had forgotten to clean the room. They cleaned it within 20 minutes. After the cleaning, we found a stain on the bed sheet, but they did not take any further action. When we checked out at 10:00 a.m. the next morning, the office door was still closed and no one was present. Overall, the experience was very poor.

No hot water to shower in....just cold

Old and run down, paper thin walls

I stayed here with my husband and infant… there was limited options for hotels as it was Memorial Day weekend. It is very closely located to the road and therefore has heavy noise traffic. Also, if you’re looking to go out to eat or shopping, you will need to drive. It is not within close proximity to things. We also had no carbon monoxide monitor in our room. It had been removed from the wall. There was also no Physical staff on site to request more hand towels, etc. Limited amenities.

good value for your money

This property is an absolute safety risk: the metal towel rail shattered off the wall while using the toilet, and other wall brackets are completely pulling out of the drywall. On top of the dangerous structural maintenance, the room was filthy (we found a previous guest's used razor in the shower), there is no on-site staff, and we had to call an international number just to get inside. A formal complaint and refund demand have already been raised with Expedia—do not book this place.

Do not book this property if you plan on arriving late or expect basic customer service. This is a contactless hotel with no check-in counter, meaning you are entirely dependent on them sending you a door code. I arrived at 11:10 PM on a holiday weekend and had received absolutely no check-in details or access codes. The physical sign on the building explicitly instructs stranded guests to "Call or Text" two specific emergency numbers. When I attempted to call, the lines were completely dead/restricted. When I texted them in a panic, I received zero response. Because I was left stranded on the dark street late at night with no way to contact management, I was forced to scramble and pay for a last-minute alternative hotel just to have a safe place to sleep. When the hotel finally contacted me later from a completely unlisted third number, they casually admitted that the emergency numbers posted on their building do not even support text messages. It is completely unacceptable and a massive safety liability to print misleading emergency instructions for guests, leave your primary phone lines dead, and lock paying customers out in the middle of the night. Avoid this place at all costs.

The room was clean and parts of it had been updated recently. The bed was terrible. We felt like we were sleeping on a board and, as a result, did not get much sleep during our already short night. The staff made it very easy to check in since we were getting in very late. The plumbing fixtures need to be updated. They were corroded and not in good shape. There were no cups in the room. Parking was close.

Honestly, I would kindly suggest placing more attention on cleanliness, especially in the bathtub area. The room itself was fine overall. The air conditioning did not cool sufficiently during the first night, although it worked better on the second. The location is very convenient, and I don’t have major complaints, but I would truly appreciate it if some form of consideration could be extended to me.

Clean and close to town

Previous Dodgers left over food & garbage was left in room. Toilet poor flush, shower not great. Not sure who lives on top floor.....noise of them running around very disturbing. Poor sound proofing.

Lower level ( backside) rooms were very quiet at night. Important as there were over 600 vintage chevy pick up hor rod trucks on a rally there that weekend.

We were supposed to receive a text with room number and code, but supposedly Expedia was to blame. We knocked on front door and called numbers that didn't help. As I was trying to reach Expedia, my husband walked around the back and found a manager on the back deck and she got us checked in. She was very nice and the room was quite acceptable. The bed seemed hard, but I was tired and slept well.

Check-in was weird. We noticed a lot of other people also had check-in issues, not just us. We never received email with door codes, I assume a lot of others did not as well, as everyone was going to the property managers room.

Overall stay was great. Check-in procedure could have been communicated in advanced but once it was communicated, instructions were clear and easy.

What a pain in the butt to get room instructions. Number on door said to call and text and we did with no answers. Onsite staff finally answered and did not speak english to help. Two others were having the same issue. Eventually someone answered the phone after 30 minutes. I would not stay here again.
