First let me say I would stay here again. The location is great and the rooms are spacious. We had a bedroom with a door, a sitting area and a kitchen area with basic supplies (utensils, plates, paper towels etc). The outdoor seating area was a nice bonus too! Point of clarification breakfast is a $15 voucher each morning that you can use in the cafe. Personally I prefer this to a buffet. Honestly our only issue was the group above us was LOUD until after 11:30 both nights. Not the hotels fault but I'd say if noise is a concern don't book a ground floor room (which is what we had.) All in all very clean, spacious and friendly staff. Happy we stayed there!

This is a wonderful property for the price. Very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Very nice green space -- trees and a lush lawn, a welcome sight in Moab. Our room was a little bit worn - mattress needed to be replaced. Overall, I like hotels with a distinct personality, which means that I'm glad that everything doesn't feel like it was renovated yesterday, so overall this worked for us.

A clean hotel with a superb location. The included breakfast was much better than the breakfasts at other "included" hotels I have stayed at. I highly recommend.

lovely check in, quick and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable we had a room on the 1st floor so had a gate to parking lot that was helpful for loading in and leaving our cooler and stuff outside in private space. The rooms facing the grass look delightful to have access to the grassy knoll and the Redrock view. The pool is lovely and well kept. Easy in and easy out. We only spent one night and slept very well.

Great location! Super friendly staff! Great breakfast! The air conditioning thermostat only goes down to 74 which wasn’t great, but fun place to stay!
