Air conditioning is somewhat noisy. Location very good, downtown but off the main drag. Staff was very friendly. Pool is a nice feature. Parking was very good.

If you are looking for cooking amenities there are none. The rooms are quite clean and comfy. For the price you will not beat this and the location for a short walk to restaurants. I will stay here again. Do not pass this one up!!

We stayed one night on our road trip, and this property is just off the main drive through town so walkable to restaurants and shopping. We drove through Arches National Park on our way here which was perfect. Property is on the older side but well maintained; quiet location, bed was comfy and shower pressure was great. If I travel this way again, I will consider staying here. Only odd thing to mention is the mirror above the kitchenette sink which serves as the bathroom mirror and sink. But as I mentioned, it is an older building.

Pretty good! Helpful staff. Loved the stay! We were all friends traveling for a vacation!

Juana was our maid for the room she kept it very clean and another gentleman at the front desk was the nicest.

Good, clean room, cosy, well air conditioned, all amenities provided and nice and quiet off the main roads

One of the nicest "non chain" hotels I've ever stayed at, regardless of the price!

The bad part was that we were met by a bloke on the front desk who had a very rude attitude and definitely should not have been talking to customers let alone on the front desk and first person to talk to me and my partner on arrival, it took an age to check us in and he was getting very frustrated and flustered by everything, if we weren’t going to loose our first night’s booking then we would have gone elsewhere due to the attitude, I would have put terrible for this if it hadn’t had been for the manager who we talked to who was very pleasant and apologised for him, although we did think that it got brushed aside by her a bit.

I totally recommend this hotel over any basic ones in Moab. When we got back to the hotel every night I felt like I was home. Mimi the housekeeper would even lay our blankets out in each of our spots<3 the whole place was a vibe.

The rooms were nice and big with plenty of space, clean as well!

Great hotel in a great location. 15 min drive to Arches entrance. Stayed for 2 nights lots to do in Moab. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Pool was a great temperature. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Owners need to consider adding a pedestal sink in the bathroom with shelving.

Clean and excellent staff

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Moab Rustic Inn. It was a tremendous value for the price. Lower cost than many of the other hotels in town. The room was very clean and had a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishes and a kitchen sink in the room along with wonderful products for hair and skin in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful and giving us suggestions on local places to eat and things to do. We highly recommend this hotel, it’s a hidden gem in Moab.

The staff was friendly, and we loved being able to park the car and walk to nearby restaurants, bakeries, shops, and souvenir stores. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable place to stay, and we would gladly stay here again.

Lovely setting. Perfect way to end the day. We would have enjoyed fruit options.
