What we didn't like at all : in the advertising it reads, free parking but we were charged $ 10.00 per day, be aware of this when booking this place!

We spent one night on Moab while visiting Arches National Park. Best Western Plus Canyonlands was a wonderful place. Location was walkable to many restaurants and we enjoyed the patio in the evening. Breakfast was great. We will stay here again when in the area.

Our room was cooled when we got in which was nice. The a/c made a noise like someone sawing wood which did disturb my husband but I didn’t notice once I fell asleep. The bed was a little soft and the spring mattress did squeak. At breakfast we were greeted by staff and asked if there was anything in particular we’d like. My husband of course said bacon and within minutes he had bacon to go with his eggs and potatoes. I had yogurt, fruit and a boiled egg. The breakfast was much better than those standard ones we’d had at other hotels. Checkout was quick.

Me and a friend stayed here for 2 nights. We came here to visit the Arches National Park, which was so awesome and beautiful! However this hotel is maybe 10-15min drive from the entrance of the Arches so it’s close. The hotel staff was kind, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good enough, and having places to eat nearby for lunch/dinner was nice too. I would recommend this hotel anybody who’s coming here to visit the National Parks near by or even if you’re coming just to see Moab. They also have a pool and hot tub, so it was nice to use after the heat settled down. Anyways, this was overall a good experience and thank you to the staff and hotel for keeping it nice and clean!

The breakfast room was upstairs and had a lovely patio with outdoor seating. The pool was large and able to accommodate multiple guests at once. Also, the rooms were very spacious, and there was more than one sink, making it very convenient for larger families and groups. Also, the lobby had free water and coffee, and the furniture was very comfortable. I was also able to walk to multiple different restaurants and other places from the property. There was a side door that led directly to the parking lot, so I could enter the property with my keycard and return to my room more efficiently. Also, the no pets rule helped keep the hotel much cleaner. We loved everything about the property!

Not happy that when I booked this through Expedia, I was not told that the hotel now charges $10 a day per vehicle to park there. I have stayed at that hotel multiple times and this is a new think. The beds are getting a little worn out. But the Breakfast and staff have always been good.

The location was great in the center of town close to everything. It was just a few short minutes from National Parks. The breakfast was great with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options. My daughter enjoyed the pool. It was clean and comfortable. The rooms felt a little dated and there was a small staircase in the middle of the hotel so we had to load one luggage cart and then carry down the stairs and unload onto another luggage cart to finish the trip to the room. Not a huge deal but slightly inconvenient since we had a lot of luggage.
