Very lovely. Beautiful and friendly staff. Looks like a villa, love the pool and the prices. Free breakfast is a bonus

Really great stay in Moab. Being downtown is super. The motel is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Thanks to all there. If I visit Moab again, I will stay with you again.

Great staff, really nice room, pool/hot tub were great. Quite noisy, but the location was worth it.

Location was great, right in the middle of Moab. Many restaurants were nearby. The room was larger than expected. Neat and nicely appointed. Breakfast was a disappointment. Went down at 8am and nothing was prepared. No assortment of baked goods.

Very clean. Great location. Pleasant staff.

The Best Western Moab was a memorable stay. The breakfast buffet was hearty and energizing every morning. I met some fellow travelers in the kidney shaped pool and felt like I was staying at a Hacienda in the strange Utah desert

We liked this hotel because it was clean and staff was friendly. Its location is convenient for travelers who are passing by.

Clean room, nice pool, friendly staff

I would serve bacon with the breakfast. The sausage was not browned enough. We only had the breakfast one day cause of it.

Needs an elevator ai the back area of the property, needs better ramp positions (curb cuts) to move luggage carts. Excellent breakfast room

Staff was very courteous and helpful, starting with the check in lady.

The room was comfortable. The a/c cooled off the room pretty quickly. The breakfast had a variety of options. Overall the stay was good. However, our main frustration was that the front desk telephones were not working. This would not have been a big deal if we hadn't forgotten a personal belonging in the room. By the time we realized we left an item behind, we were 6 hours away. Trying to contact someone at the hotel and then them contacting us proved to be frustration of monumental proportions. Eventually, the hotel did ship our item to our home which we appreciated. But getting there had us pulling our hair out. Get the phones fixed.
