Great stay!

This is hotel a block off the main drag. I was there for just one night and it was fine, not a place you would stay more than a couple nights. Bed was comfortable, sheets and towels clean and the AC and frig worked. Newer flooring but the remaind decor needs some attention, not bad but just upkeep. Here is the kicker - the place has value for what you pay for a night. You could easily pay double per night at other Moab locals. Good value for its price point.

This was a very conveniently-located place, just a short walk from the main part of downtown Moab. About 15 minutes driving to the entrance of Arches National Park. It's obvious that the motel is a little older than others, but it was clean, inexpensive, and the staff was helpful. Highly recommended if you're on a budget and looking for a good, no-frills experience in Moab.

Cracking, chipped, and peeling paint could be seen all over the room - especially the bathroom area. There were stains on the toilet seat and shower, and the vanity area also had peeling caulk as well. The biggest issue was the air conditioner. This unit was not functioning correctly and blowing hot air into my room even at the lowest cool setting. I tried even bumping up the temp to see if it would help, but everything I tried did not give relief. I ended up asking the staff about it and they said they were getting multiple complaints from guests, so this seems to be an overall problem. I was unable to sleep the entire night. It was hotter in my room than outside, and the open window did nothing to help. I had a portable fan that gave some relief, and I jumped constantly in the shower to help cool down. The positives of the room were that it was big so I could lay out my gear to organise, and it had a tv and fridge that I was able to use! Yes, it’s a budget motel, but being so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep really ruined it for me. Next time I’m in Moab, I will make sure to find a hotel with proper A/C.

There were insects and bugs throughout the room. The shower wasn’t cleaned.

I've stayed here before. It's an older hotel, but still clean & useable. Nothing fancy, but within walking distance of all that Moab has to offer.

The AC doesn’t really blow out cool air. Soundproof is nonexistent. Countless dead bugs and flies in the room and on the bed.

Located downtown, restaurants near by, friendly.

The location is about as good as it gets Older buildings that are showing their age.

Excellent older motel that has been updated. Extremely clean and comfortable. Great location within walking distance of many shops and restaurants in downtown Moab.

Was close to everything that is there to see

Great location. Conveniently located. Comfortable bed. Great AC. Great hot water and water pressure. Affordable. Clean. A better, stronger fan in the bathroom would be nice.

Pretty good stay. I took off one star due to the bathroom having a quarter roll of toilet paper and no extras. Just an inconvenience by needing to request more and dealing with a used roll.

Awesome location, room, and rates. Guy at front desk was awesome — very friendly and helpful. Such a great deal (<$100!) to be in the heart of downtown with a/c and comfy beds in hot summertime. Very safe and quiet and park next door. Wifi solid. Easy parking. Great stay! TV is small and older. But lots of channels!

The location was not on Main Street, just 1 block off with the ice cream shop across the street. Super easy safe parking. The staff was really helpful and the room was large and clean. Can't think of any thing negative.
