The place was safe first and foremost the staff were extremely accommodating and the room was very clean

i liked the staff they did what they could My room ended up having bugs, the area isn’t the best either, the staff was very helpful in what they were able to do but just the area and the bugs i saw in the room bothered me

Check-in was easy and quick. Lobby was warm. Room was hot with AC off; took 3 hours to cool after beach day—very upsetting. Room smelled like chlorine/chemicals. No shampoo/conditioner provided despite two front desk requests. Showerhead and handle busted and leaked. Bed clean and comfortable. Spotty Wi-Fi with buffering. Overall C- stay. Wouldn't stay again.

There was mildew all around the tub and on the shower curtains.. The hallways was trashy needed vacuuming. We went and bought our own blankets to sleep with. Pillow cases were stained up and blanket had cigarette burns but however it’s non smoking. Guy at the desk had no worries in the world. Towels was brown and was supposed to be white

I love that it is located by so many food places and stores. The facility is newly renovated and it looks amazing The only thing I didn’t like is that they don’t provide breakfast

Cleanliness, at the very least. Door lock was not secure without manual old-fashion swing lock. Vinyl floor. No visible vending machines and no coffee.
